OK, it looks like I might have another dread left in me.

Number 3 is gonna be following the idea of the penitent engine somewhat.

Here is the first pic.
See if you are following me on this one.

He is gonna have cables and wires running from his "stumps" to the legs and arms of the dread.

Well i'm a fan can't wait to it complete.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

Great concept! I never liked that nob head much, but I think it'll be perfect for what you're trying to do.

You gonna go for Mr. Choppy Dread? Or balance with some ranged weaps?

Not sure yet. I am leaning toward Mr Choppy. I think him being out in the open and flailing around with 4 CCW would look pretty cool.

Just not sure atm though.

Well, maybe 3 CCW and a scorcha.

You could paint it like a cow. That would be hilarious. An kommando gets blowed up in combat, wakes up, strapped to a new COVERT ORK SPECIAL WEAPON. A choppy deff dread, disguised as a cow. A kommando would love that kinda thing.

OK thats a good idea looking forward to seeing more.

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

@Chibi - if you like those kans you need to check out Bloaterpaste.

His are turning out way better then mine.

Well, here are some updates to this fella.

I had to loot a SM dread from my brother for some inspiration for the legs.
I think they are turning out ok.

And here is his first CCW.
I figured why not stick with an oldy but goody. Probably gonna have this swinging high over his head.

Lookin good. The leg may be a little long, but I'll wait to see more of it before I make up my mind. I like the CCW.

I thought the leg was a bit long too and needed a knee jont.
Well, I shorten the leg and then added the joint and I am right were I started on the height.
But I think that the height is working atm.

I had to use a unfinished boy to prop him up for the pics.

Thanks for the compliments and comments folks.

@The Good Green - I will put a pic of his mud stompers up later. They actually look like nasty orthopedic shoes to me.

@Owain - Do the arms look kinda spindly atm? If yall think so I will try to beef them up some. Any advice or ideas on it?
Right now I was planning on having his 2 CCWs coming out of those ball/socket joints on his arms. Not
sure about the other CCW yet.

@CommissarKhaine - Thanks for the detail compliment. I mus say I was one of those people you talk about "just slapping stuff
on" until recently. I had just gotten a bag of rods and tubes and odds and ends from evergreen and it
kinda inspired me to take my time on this one.

I have kinda out thought myself a bit. I went to fast on the legs and I cant figure out where to go with the cable from his ork
legs to his mech legs. if anyone has any thoughts on that please throw them at me.

here is the first CCW for this fella.

Imagine a Man catcher/cigar cutter rolled into one. No more worrying about how to get that Space marine out of your man catcher.

Still have work to do on it. Just thought I wold throw it out there for C/C.
