September 11th. It will feature a new mechanic involving paired monoliths being able to force other vehicles to ram them.

Also, there will be Chariots drawn by Tomb Scorpions available as transport to most units. Av12/10/10 open topped, WS 3 with 4 attacks. But these chariots, being from the advanced distant past, will run on one wheel!

It will also feature a host of newly inducted Necron special characters, such as Kickpuncher. His punches are as strong as his kicks.

You're looking for information that doesn't yet exist among the populace. So good job on +3 posts! There have been no actual confirmations about if/when the Necrons are getting a codex, so there's really no point in asking.
