I'm with FITZZ on this one, I am going to have to go with a "hmm... Yay" response as well. The last couple films made my brain hurt, not a fan at all.

Well I liked the first Predator, so I think this should be pretty good.

Look on the bright side, it has to be better than AVPR (?)

They've actually put some talent in front and behind the camera with this, unlike the AvP movies that were treated as nothing more than B films. So if nothing else it'll aspire to being something more than schlock.

Whether they end up with a decent movie, well time will tell. Predator is a classic 80s action film and there's certainly a solid idea there, but I don't know how much of the enjoyment of that film came from dealing with an original concept, and how hard it would be to take the idea to interesting new places.

YAAAYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is totally going to redeem the entire franchise. I'm even glad that the xenomorphs aren't in it, because they would just water it down. I also see a gakload of supercool action figures coming up.
