Simple enough question, which of the Seven Deadly Sins (as laid down by the Catholic Faith) do you feel the most resonance with?

Came up during a conversation with my girlfriend, and I thought it might make a pleasant discussion topic!

For me, most definitely Gluttony. No matter what it be, I can never be sated. If I go out drinking, I do so to excess, usually winding up horribly inebriated. When presented with a Buffet, it's all too easy for me to keep going back, no matter how full I am, there is always room for one more. And when it comes to erm, sins of the flesh I shan't elaborate.

Do I see this as a bad thing? Not especially. I know my appetites are large, so I do try to curtail them somewhat, though with wildly differing margins of success of course.

If you find yourself torn between two, seemingly on semantics, then refer to this Wiki article. Probably not definitive in itself, but it will suffice for this little project, nes pas?

Sloth, but more because I procrastinate on important stuff than that I'm actually lazy.

Sloth probably fits me best.

Sloth is the closest to fitting. I frequently don't take action because of fear of change or failure.

Lust. In lieu of getting banned for trying to explain why I think I'll just leave it at that.

I went for Gluttony, purely for the reason that I am currently overwieght with no good reason, and I feel that whilst there are times when I am guilty of all said sins Gluttony is probably the one which is most prevalent.

Lust - I am happy with Mrs Squilverine, there are of course times when I will have a good perv when I spy a decent set of funbags bouncing down the street, but I wouldn't consider cheating.

Greed - this was my close second option mainly in that Gluttony is a form of greed, however in other aspects of life I am fairly charitable and happy to help others without payment being foremost in my mind.

Sloth - Often confused with laziness. I am a very lazy person, this means that I work in a very hard and diligent way. This means I don't have to do jobs twice, and tend to leave work early because I have completed my tasks early.

Wrath - I have a filthy temper and am quick to anger, however I do not seek confrontation and do not bear grudges. I try to understand others points of veiw before hitting them really hard, most of the time.

Envy - For me life is good, I don't see the point in being jealous of others, if you want a big house and a fast car then work hard and earn it, don't get angry at others for being succesful.

Pride - Whilst I am proud of my achievements and of those of my friends any family i am not so far up my own arse that I won't roll up my sleves and stick my hand down a blocked drain or clean a toilet.

Sloth and Gluttony, a double helping of both.

Lust a distant third. some Pride. A little Wrath turns up now and then, but Envy and Greed are not really my problems at all.
I distain Greed over all the others and purge myself of it. But Gluttony, tasty tasty Gluttony. There is a price to pay, but I dont think it a sin.

Wrath, very high according to the test.

Wrath. I've actually seen red before. I've never actually hurt anyone except minor stuff in defense ( busted lip kind of thing, both sides), but I'm still wrathful according to Dante, as wrath is a sin of moral incontinence, while acting on those feelings is violence, which is a worse sort of sin according to the poet.

Pride. Not so much that I won't help others, but I am fiercely proud of my achievements, and hate being overlooked.

Sloth sadly, as there are many more things I'd like to get done.
Although that test said I was only medium on Sloth, Lust, Gluttony and Greed, while very low on the rest.

It's a tossup between sloth and lust; the only time I get out of bed is to crawl into my boyfriend's.

I would be Wrath and Sloth. Most of the time I don't do much of anything, but if someone really pisses me off, there will be hell to pay. I have only truely been angry two times. The first time cost my parents about $500 dollars, back when I was 12. The other time, my brother had to hold me down for about 1.5-2 hours for me to calm down....
