Well, there were Nazis in the German Army, and there were non-Nazis. For the most part you wouldn't find non-Nazis in places like death camps. But, Nazi or not, when someone orders you to shoot a French green grocer, "following orders" is not an acceptable abdication of choice and moral responsibility.

In Zack Parsons, "My Tank is Fight!" he lists a German invention named the Heliofly III/57, a strap-on helicopter. It couldn't travel very far or very high, demanded a particular strong and skilled pilot, and no one wanted to use the thing cause rotors next to your head mean decapitation.
The rocketruppen uniforms look pretty convincing if you want these chaps to look like Luftwaffe airmen. The only problem with this is that they would be better outfitted to look like Fallschirmjager, but in the world of Pulp WW2 no one cares
