As Wherkind suggested, multi part plastic SOB and accessories to accompany them. Set up similar to marines sprues with seperate legs, torsos, heads, arms, etc. That would be fun.

I also second the Special Weapon sprue options. MG, PG, Combi weapons, Flamers, etc.

Also agree on steeds of chaos. Chaos specific upgrade sprues would be nice too. Ones that have some iconography, some model bits like characteristic torsos, arms heads, a few weapons with god specific themes, and some god specific add ons(scrolls and books for tzeentch, pustules and tubers for nurgle, etc).

A Generic objetives sprue/pack would be handy. I like making my own, but I know many people who would love to just grab a five pack of objective markers. Of course, they would also make great terrain add ons. I'm thinking like things like a mini radar dish, a weapons supplies pile, a vent/tunnel access, a small detailed dias to add a random fig of your race onto for a statue, and maybe a small techno peice like a power generator, or somesuch. Things that most races could use as is or with minimal conversion.

Personaly I'd like to see plastic wepons options for Kanz/Deffdreads as well as a plastic Buggie/trakk kit.Maybe a Boss/Bigmek Kit.
It would be cool to see a daemon prince kit (including some wings) but trying to cover all of the big four in one kit might be a little dificult, however it would open up some great conversion options.
Some cult specific CSM bits would also be nice.

I'll add my voice to the chorus of special weapon wanters.
A Flash Gitz sprue would be nice, and vehicle mounted rokkits so I don't have to convert the damn things all the time.

I'd be happy enough at that I think. No more gaps in the ork range would mean a happy Boss.

I'd like things like plastic minotaurs, savage orcs and the like, but I'm content enough that they actually exist in some form.

1) Eldar Jetbike Warlock/Farseers
This isn't 1990 anymore, GW has grown a lot and there should be no Codex options that aren't sold as is without needing conversions. This goes for any other option that cannot simply be cut off the sprue and assembled without major hacking/sculpting. I would mention other things like Winged Tyranid Tyrants, but at least there's a Forgeworld option.

2) Imperial Citizens
Whether your are running an =I=Munda campaign, want to be able to add variety to your Imperial Guard army, or need fodder to create cult/zombie related armies, these guys are long overdue. Box set should include a sprue to allow players to change your garden variety Imperial Citizen into an armed Ganger, a Chaos Worshipper, a Scaavy Mutant, or a Genestealer Hybrid.

3) Imperial Vehicles
Now come on...we have major battles in cities with streets and buildings, but there are no vehicles lining the streets? Imperial Citizens need to get around somehow! Whether you need it to make an =I=Munda or 40K objective, a Coven Limousine, fodder for Ork conversions, or just terrain for your Cities of Deaths battles, these would add a lot to the flavor of our games. Just a chassis sprue and a sprue with a couple of options for vehicle design is all that is really needed.

Skulls are an integral part of 40K imagery. Maybe you should play something a little less grimdark.

I like this. Except the blister should be called a "Grim/Dark blister" and it should contain a random assortment of remains from all the different races. One could be fantasy based the other could be 40k base. So no severed Tau heads on your Vampire Counts bases. I'd just love something like this to Grim/Dark up my bases rather than picking all the bones bits out of boxes of ghouls.

Edit: And for those not enjoying the Grim/Dark how about a "Not Grim/Dark blister". It could have patches of flowers and the pots of gold that are at the ends of rainbows. Maybe a few fairies on a stick so they look like they are flying past.

I remember when there wasn't half as many bluddy skullz in this game.
I do play something a little less grimdark (LOTR, Warmachine) but I still love 40K. The skulls aren't grim or dark- at the level they're incorporated they're cartoony!
Skulls in the forest, skulls on the ground, skulls in the building, skulls all around.
Space Marines with skulls, Gaurdsmen with skulls, eldar with skulls, orks with skulls, necrons with skulls!
It's like there's a wierd force that decomposes the rest of the skeleton!
I might start collecting tau or nids as a rebellion.

I think the Space Marines need more plastic kits.
And a new codex. The current one is out of date.

A sprue of skulls. Seriously, with GWs love of skulls, why hasn't this been made? Fill the thing with skulls from all of the races. You could throw other random trophy bitz on too, but mostly skulls.

All troops from any army, and any unit that can have over 10 models in the unit, should be in plastic.

Any named character/model should have it's own unique model, no scratch builds or conversions should be necessary.

Any unit that comes out should have a model within 3 months of when the dex is released, maximum. Sooner is better.

I think the rule book should of had an illustration of how a bald screaming head slowly becomes a skull after death. Drawn by John Blanche.

Also, a plastic weapons sprue, plastic sisters, and plastic trenchcoat guard.

Let's see:

Bitz that should be made because they are legal options in the codex, but can't/don't because there are no bitz. Additionally, these bitz are in very, very small quantities if they are included in a kit.

CSM Terminator
- Twin-lightning claws
- Combi-plasma
- Powerfist
- Power weapon

CSM non-terminator
- Combi-plasma, combi-melta & combi-flamer
- Chain-axe CCW for marines
- Right handed powerfist for marines
- Left handed pistols
- opposite handed bolters
- Twin-lightning claws
- Meltagun, flamer, plasma gun (not so much anymore)

CSM Dreadnaught
- Dual CCWs
- Twin-linked Lascannon

Vehicles
- Predator turret kit

Termaguants and Hormaguants in separate boxes.

Guard
- Officer powerfist
- Commissar powerfist
