Just seems poorly layed out if that was the intent, If imperial terminator armour gives the marine relentless, how difficult would it have been for GW to have called the chaos version of the wargear "Chaos Terminator Armour" so that you sorta get the impression that there is a difference in the actual armour beyond the fact the one is armed with a storm bolter and the other TL bolters..
