yeah,
Looking good dude!
I'd recommend some Forests next.
Or some COD buildings, one or two looks like a outpost and breaks up LOS nicely.

Heh first post for me ^^

First of all: I loved the article, and it was probably the last straw that made me get this board myself. And man, it's fantastic. I'm getting a scenery pack soon but as i reread the article i noticed that you mention varnish. When and where do you apply it? Do you varnish the flock or just the plastic? and i think I read as well that someone used watered down PVA on the flock. Wouldn't that mess up the surface?

Just a couple of questions from a real terrain-newbie
Thanks!

yeah,
Glad you liked the article.

I dusted the tiles with varnish at the very end just to help it put up with a bit more with wear and tear.
But don't spray too much or too close.

Thansk, I'll think about that when I get my scenery pack.
I was afraid it would remove the "grassy" feel of the board if varnished, or as someone wrote, to brush watered down PVA on top of it.

Do you paint the thinned PVA over the grass once it's on the board? Every time I use the board I'm losing not a small amount of grass.

Excellent article mate!

Just got a board and was scared! I wanted to do a different from standard board but wasn't sure what, then I saw your article! Standard is GOOD!
