Yeah, presuming the hammer is right way up (not easy to tell form the photos), then the skull needs to be removed or covered to not look upside down.

Only other thing I'd change is the power fist - it'd be really nice to give it bigger fingers/claws like the new Ironclad kit, to differentiate it from an 'ordinary' dread

Tis a bit different from TauOnline.

I like...I'm going to be working on a converted dread from black reach very soon (tomorrow I hope) and this is giving me ideas...although mine is gonna be the ork inside!
ANd i totally agree with Flinty, who WOULDN't carry an ork around for the posing? everyone knows you look much more epic standing on the skulls of your enemies. You just have to remember not to step on grots because a) it doesnt look very impressive and b) it makes it hard to clean your boots.
