I didn't get spaze hulk due to the limited release. I dont see why if plastic dies are soooo expensive they only did a limited release.

Bought two boxes and sold off one set of the genestealers... Keeping the other set on sprue in case I ever want to sell them off also as I don't play Space Hulk much. When I do, I use my aliennids coverted from the clix-based AVP aliens.

Can you still buy space hulk?

I've got a 40K themed Chaos Warrior fantasy army in the works (nobody plays 40K near me) and I was tempted to use a few of them as steeds for a chariot, but I think I'll keep them as is. I can always pick up some other Genestealers somewhere for the conversion. I plan on starting a Space Hulk campaign in my area soon to try and spread the word of warhammer. Hopefully I'll get people interested. (Even trying to get my wife to play)

the models in space hulk are just fantastic, I wouldn't want to alter them in anyway

I have a friend you bought space hulk, and he took the bases off and put them on normal sized bases. But if I was to do it, I'd make them removable (Somehow) so I can use them to SH and 40K.

I made my Space Hulk termies (rejigged as Deathwing) so that they can have either base, the original or a standard 40mm, using magnetic tape to join them to the bases. I made Space Hulk-themed 40mm bases anyway, so the messy bit of flooring that is the standard Hulk base fits on fine -- pic here:

The front two termies and one of the back ones are Space Hulk ones, with the removable bases.

I once collected 2000pts of Eldar when their newer codex came out. But beyond that I've never been able to collect a xenos army

Originally planning on getting Space Hulk just for the Terminators, going to keep the genestealers unassembled and unpainted till i decide if i want to start a Tyranid or Chaos army after i finish my Black Templars
