blast weapons that aren't anti-air cannot hit eldar flyers... so warhounds can't shoot at them. and unless its an aircraft mount, it needs a 6 to hit the eldar flyer. Sure, eldar flyers are only av10, but they have holo-fields (4+ cover save) all the time, and are hard as gak to hit.

What about attaching some count-as Vendettas?

They can with VMB as VMBs aren't Blast or Template weapons.

I've been considering the full company thing, just one major question..How much does this thing cost money wise, speaking Canadian dollars and no FW

I'd love to work on the army, but its nearing the end of the quarter here at school, and I can't afford any more bad grades ><

so study time it is! any spare weekend time normally goes to playing 40k... I'm more into the gaming aspect of 40k than the painting, but I do enjoy painting, and never field an unpainted army except in very casual games.

as for how much this cost... well lets see. for the infantry models, I bought 2 battleforces, 2 boxes of assault marines, 2 boxes of devastators, one AOBR kit, and 3 squads of tac marines off ebay ($20 for a squad). I also bought a command squad, and chucked in a few metal models for good measure... and I think thats all I bought. I bought a few rhinos on the cheap from ebay ($20 each again)... paid full for the raider, terminators, predators, FW ven dread... uh... all told... this cost me around $800... holy gak its alot when I add it all up.

I spent it over the course of a year, so it really didn't seem like that much... like $70-$80 a month... god damn. I need a less expensive hobby. now I feel bad. thanks.
