Also i really really need help converting looted vehicles i have no clue where to start advice would be really helpful

Grab a vehicle you like, slap on some orky bits and gits, paint. Grab a LRBT, slap some plasticard or armor bits from ork vehicles on it with some boys and shootas.

Wouldn't mind getting involved as I'm repainting my eldar. With painting time slim for me with the family might miss deadlines though and won't be doing conversion work on them, like the models enough as is.

Currently just started some warwalkers and jetbikes when do they need done by?

ok....well im painting like a fanatic on steroids.....

imagine that 0.0....a great muscular goblin....rippling green flesh...i must make a goblin with ork arms now.....

anywho...i decided to finish off a unit of guard ive had lying around for a while now, and im pleased to say 5 are done, and the otther 5 have had their armour and fatigues done to a nice standard. i incidently have also finished my platoon command squads medic (mainly cos i wanted to practice freehand) ill post the pics up when theyre all done!

I'm still waiting on my paints to arrive lol but i did some conversion to my master and champion.

But i will start this sunday as i need to get some more paints for my models. BTW this is my first attempt at painting an ork, even a 40k figure... lol.

I just purchased a Tyranid Army a few weeks ago and have them assembled and primed. PERFECT goal setting.

I was thinking , would it be better to keep the thread for 1 week at a time
and a new thread for every new week? This way it keeps the post short and neat , and less build up .

How about we keep this thread for people wanting to come in and to keep tabs on everyones goal, and use another thread everyweek for pictures... and maybe at the end of every month we can have a thread to post all work done so far?

Update on my dryads , not sure if you remember my sentinel ( the green one ) someone suggested it to be made into snow scheme
so i gave it a white spray. I tried to duplicate the effect on the dryads ... everything turned white other than the base -_- *****************

That doesnt sound too good D: Although knowing you, youll probably make it work and look better then before! Then I will be envious and try to up my own painting skillz hehe

Ok everyone so here is how I plan to do the updates... This thread will CONTINUE to be the thread where I post peoples goals every week, and people can post on here if they want to join in and what not.

EVERY WEEK ON FRIDAY I will make a NEW thread in the Painting & Modeling Section Called

WIP Armies Week #

Just look for this thread on friday Saturday or Sunday when you are ready to post you pictures... remember only post 1-3 pictures (different angles please!) of the CURRENT weeks completed models! I will also put a link at the bottom of the Original Post on THIS THREAD of the current weeks *Picture Thread* to make it easy to find for people.

-On every friday there will be a thread called "WIP Armies Week #"
-There will be a link on this thread to that thread so its easy to find
-Try to get your 1-3 pictures posted in that thread between Friday->Sunday... if you cant, I understand... things happen D:
-PM me the next weeks goal
-THIS THREAD will always be the thread containing your goals etc
-Dont forget to check back at the pictures thread! Our hope is to get some feedback/suggestions/encouragment/etc from people!
-This will be how it is every week!
-If you have any questions just ask
-If you have any ideas, Toss them at me!
-Remember to HAVE FUN!!!!!!!! PLEASE do not rush your stuff because of this, the goal is to get a complete army done... not get it done as fast as possible!!!

Ty for the encouragement ( i tried to make it like air brush , had red and green on the tree ) not only is it waste of my tamiya spray ,
it now has 3 layers of paint under neath -_-

YEah that pretty mush descripes it ! Lol . I also want to point out my painting standards are high , even though i never seem to get to that standard . I will do my best to try though

Week 1 Goal: Worldeaters Terminator Lord and Squad

We are up to 15 people now! Cant wait till we get to see some pictures! By the way, someone had a good idea that I think would be cool. When everyone posts their pictures this weekend (and every weeked hopefully) why not put how you got to what you did? Tell us the paints you used, techniques, etc... Just like a really short mini tutorial (or a long one if you want) as I think this gives us a feel of what your doing and maybe people would like to try some of your techniques out on their own stuff and improve!!!! Will add some more bullets about it on the OP!

I hope everyone read up on the new way we are posting pictures!
