Looks pretty good if you ask me lol, anyway what is it with the Golden Gate bridge and monsters? it get's attacked by a Giant Octopus in 'It came from beyond the sea' it gets attacked by a giant shark in Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus and then again by a Giant Robot in Monsters vs Aliens...does it taste yummy or something?
Deadshane1 wrote:You guys that chose Transformers 2 as the worst movie must've enjoyed....
This was bad! But, the flying Mega-shark attacking the jetliner ala Air Jaws made the 20 minute DVR scan through totally worth it! Sadly, the jetliner and two second Golden Gate attack were the only scenes worth a gak. So, like 14 seconds or so, total.

Its the red paint. It is actually the blood of the 1905 earthquake victims, so it is, y'know, yummy for monsters. (I shouldn't joke as some of my family died in that. Ah, what the heck)

It's a tough choice between Transformers 2 and Star Trek. Both movies have gang-raped childhood memories to oblivion
Armies:
(CSM/HH) - Iron Warriors; Death Guard; World Eaters; Night Lords
IG - Vestfalian Expeditionary
Force (Solar Auxilia - HH)
SM - Blades of Inaros (Homebrew)
DE - Kabal of Ouroboros
I (thankfuly) haven't seen Transformers 2, 2012 or Star trek so I can't comment on them, but going by your reviews I will be avoiding them like a leper at a moisturiser convention
My turd in the buffet for 2009 was Terminator Salvation. Had it not been for the girlfriend being with me I would have walked out it was so bad.
It was full of continuity errors, things which just didn't make any sense, poor dialogue and wooden acting (Christian Bale hang your head in shame!)
At several points I had to bite my tounge for risk of getting up and screaming at the cinema screen. Needless to say this puss oozing boil of a film will not be joining my DVD collection.

THANK YOU!
Thanks infilTRAITOR, I am no longer alone in my Star Trek loathing.
Annoyed me how they felt Star Trek needed "reloading". The guy who made it wasn't even a Star Trek fan. Only decent thing about the movie was that the Romulans looked brilliant and no longer had retro shoulder pads.

I quite enjoyed Star Trek, though I would have to agree with the majority of people here that Transformers 2 is the worst film I have seen in 2009, or even of all time.
TF2 was only the second film I have ever felt like walking out of (the only ever film I have ever walked out of was the Blair Witch Project). It was only that I had paid to see it and had that "I must look at the train crash" kind of attitude that I stayed.
I don't think any film has ever insulted me as much as TF2 did.
I haven't gone to the movies in over a year. With all of the reviews here, I doubt that I'll be going for a long time. Seriously, when did movies jump the shark? It seems like there hasn't been a good movie for ages.

I did not have high expectations for GI Joe, and with that in mind I was not disappointed. Transformers 2 though... I caught myself looking at my watch quite a few times. But I did pay Imax money for it so I wasn't walking out.
You guys need to get out more for some quality bad films
Do any of these horrors ing a bell?
Paul Blart Mall Cop
Push
Ace ventura 3
Adventureland (actually saw this horror)
Terra
Year One
The Proposal
Come on people.

Most disappointing: ayah Transformers 2 in a big way.

You didn't like the Lord of the Rings trilogy?

That was soooooooo six (or so) years ago.
I have to agree with the Transformers 2 love going on in this thread. TF2 I went in expecting to hate it and it keep finding new ways for me to continue hating it. I have not seen Terminator Salvation but I expect it will be a TF2 experience.
Strangely, I enjoyed G.I. Joe, Dragonball and Star Trek. Maybe it was because I watched each expecting to completely dislike or not enjoy them and was pleasantly surprised that they were not as bad as I had heard or expected.
