Ok ok here's one to beat.
Fiennes playing Amon Goethe in Schindler's List.

Oof!

Good call, a great performance of a psychopath.

Someone also mentioned Hannibal Lector - I would second that, too.

Oh, and good calls on Verbal Kint and Fiennes in Schindler's List.

Yeah, he met a good guy, he just didn't meet the good guy. I can't think of another big budget action movie where the protagonist never met the antagonist.

Off the top of my head neither can I,but then again The Fifth Element was a unique movie, one of my personal favorites in fact,Garry Oldman was fantastic as Zorg, and lets not forget the lovely Milla"Leeloo Dallas multipass" Jovovich,I could honestly watch a film in wich all she did was read the phonebook.

Yeah, it's a really unique, great movie for a whole lot of reasons. Name another big budget action movie where the biggest set piece is a music number?

And I'll agree on Milla Jovovich being entertaining reading the phonebook. Which raises the question as to why the Resident Evil and movies and Ultraviolet were so boring... is it possible the scripts were worse than the phonebook? It's seems to be the only logical conclusion.

Mr Tinkle from Cats and Dogs. It may sound stupid, but it was a great film, and he was a great villian. Some of his many great quotes:

  • "STAY STILL! I want to crush you."

  • "And how would I complete such a thing you ask? Turn to page 3 in your world domination pamflets"
  • .
  • "Stay here." "Why?" "Because I hate you."

    Richard III

    Captain Kurtz

Alan Rickman as The sheriff of Nottingham.

Attempting to Visciously rape Marion whilst an elderly woman "marries" them simultaneously is one of the funniest things ive ever seen in a movie.

Kevin Costners bizarre accent as Robin Hood also made that movie so bad it was kinda good.

He is just amazing but no in a movie, sadly :(

These were a highlight in the Dredd movie, however. Their appearance is one of the few things they managed to get remotely correct (since most of the Angel gang were killed during the 'Judge Child' quest and then redeadified in 'Judge Dredd and the Angel Gang'.) although the religious aspect is sickening:

I'd also like to extend a nomination to Phil Hartman's Major Thorn:

    IG - Vestfalian Expeditionary
