Grey Knights were like CIA you got no clue who they are.

Remeber they only stop fighting when the Canoness says a Line from the book can't remeber the name and Alaric says the next line only then does the Canoness stop.

Sisters were cool in that book once they fought for the right side.

Actually they're probably more like the RNF than the CIA.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

RNF? Surely you jest!

Nooooo, silly Orkeosuarus, Grey Knights are more like little leprecauns, stealing your keys, hiding your heretics and frequently exploding planets becuase they 'feel lucky'.

If you want a real life example of how people can be "stupid", look at Nazi Germany taking over all those countries and the British and French appeasing them before Germany invaded Poland.

It should seem "obvious" that someone taking annexing everything around them is:

A( Crazy (this is optional)
B( Wants power, land, or resources
C( Usually not going to be stopped by appeasing them.

But were the people in power really stupid, or just ignorant/still remembering WW1. Because there is a difference between ignorance and stupidity.

To even question an Inquisitor is considered heresy, they get shot for it. Would you ask questions if you knew they would shoot you (actually showing mercy compaired to the IG way of dealing with it)?

Heresy
Any soldier who speaks ill of the Emperor, the Imperium, cites his loyalty to any entity besides the Emperor, defaces holy artefacts or buildings, incites heretical thoughts or actions, talks openly about forbidden subjects and generally behaves in a manner disrespectful to all that is holy and good will have his extremities removed and left to bleed to death, for the Emperor's pleasure. The body will then be burned to ensure no taint remains. (Art 6741/09a)

If I recall correctly in Eisenhorn xenos a trader under capture said to him I- i have rights and Eisenhorn smothly responded " You are in the custody of the inquisition.. you have no rights anymore" that pritty sums up the power they have.

I think you have it mistaken for the sequel series, Ravenor. I just finished reading the omnibus so I definately now that line happens. It's a good display of Imperial power.

Im pritty shure it happens page 53 line 27-29 of the omnibus Eisenhorn though it is a comman thing to happen in Inquisitor books, it does ilistrait the point ( sry about the bad spelling) and also sisters of battle don't think they are like orks not like marines. You see marines you tell them the objective and how they should strategically goi about doing that, then they make thare own disisions and diside on the best course of action, while orks on the other hand you just point and they go, much like the sisters you could send them off a cliff to die as long as you said " It is for the emporer" thenthey will go the way of the dodo.

Actually, rights aren't a big thing in the Imperium regardless. In 16 hours the first thing the sergeant makes clear to the new guardsmen is thay they have forfeited whatever rights they may have had by joining the guard, and that he can and will do whatever the feth he wants with them.

(He then proceedes to smack a recruit in the head with a rifle butt for having an unpolished lasgun.)

Ah, 15 Hours. Another book with dumb people. Also the only one that I have read which states the IG command chain is sacred and cannot be messed with, even if your own side has been shelling you for months. Also the only book where the general believes his own propaganda.
And after all that it was only sub-par.

Sorry to be misleading. I have actually read quite a bit more then just the GK and GG books. Lets see...
Horus Heresy (up to Fallen Angels)
Eisenhorn
Ravenor
SD Omnibus
SW Omnibus
UM (through The Killing Ground)
And many more, including IG, BA, Last Chancers...

c'mon. It is obvious us orks are the highest civilization anyway. Our theology is the best. Only two gods, both of fighting, no women and all the problems that causes. Everyone knows their job from birth. We have no evangelists, country and western music or paedophiles. Everybody loves what they do (even gretchin). I almost wish our society was as simple.

cry havoc and let slip the poodles of war.

It does vary from Regiment to Regiment, some may value competency over whatever, but many may not. I did find it peculiar that the General fell for the propaganda, but I suppose you will get many sad characters like that. Not everyone is competent in the IG, and they certainly don't all deserve posistions of power. (The general does in fact reflect on his regret in having a competent junior officer who questioned him shot.)

They couldn't afford to Exterminate an entire forge world whose existence was so important the sector. So they rounded up all the defenders who had faced or been informed of the deamon threat. They had them sterilised and put into work camps. Russ and his SW weren't to happy about that, but they themselves only escaped that fate becuase of thier status as SM.

You know this right? This is the 1st War for Armageddon. The orks came into play in the 2nd and 3rd.

Chaos? Your entire heresy, your entire reason for being, is based on a lie, a trick. You were duped into rebelling against the Imperium, running into the arms of a pantheon that, with rare exception, cares no more for you than for their enemies.
