Thanks! At some point, probably when its painted, we'll get a proper camera and a friend who knows how to use a proper camera, and a flash and a targetting squig.

We might even use a twin linked camera to ensure we get good pictures!

Can anyone think of a name for this Gargant?

See, you've actually done it, they're considering calling it "Dat'z no moon..." because ... well, we've still not got better.
I believe we've decided on the green and red paint scheme, cause... well, cause it looks awesome on the one panel we've done. Add in some check patterns and it will be 'right stompy.

It's turning out so nicely that I'm too afraid to paint Dante, in case it doesn't look so good...

That is all kinds of awesome - loving the use of scrap - cut up credit cards, batteries, pens, etc, etc... What's the basic body made from?

The main body is made out of a giant green plant pot that I er... looted from... somewhere.

I'll make a list of the various bitz that we have made it out of when it is finished. There's a whole Ork battlewagon on there, and our next purchase will be a forgeworld Flak Cannon: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/acatalog/flakk-gunstore.jpg for the left shoulder (the Gargant's right shoulder).

Any other names you can think of guys?

No, on second thought that should be a daemon engine of Khorne which fires exploding spiked skulls from a cannon made of more skulls. Oh, and the skulls are on fire. Did I mention skulls would be a motif?

How about Deffgrindaface da Korpskrusha? It has a certain orky charm. MoreDakkaSaurus Wrecks sounds more like an ork monster truck... (hmmm)...

This is far more difficult than it would appear. Kudos to all the mekboys who've managed to name their creations in the heat of battle armed with nothin' but a grot on a stick dipped in paint.

That may be the best idea yet.

aaaaaaaa you're catching up with me! I need to get some painting done - hopefully first week in may when I have a week off. That's looking extra good now there's paint!

a little off topic - tom and mates - are you coming to see little shop of horrors at newman? (I desinged the set and mostly the plants, did a lot of the build and am also the lighting guy!). It's next week, showing wed, thurs and fri, tickets £3.50 from the SU. And there's also a big plant pot in there too... hmmm mega gargant thoughts come to mind
