We have em still left over.
But we still have Space Hulk left over ^^.
But seriously GW needs to improve the official BA scheme. They made the Ultramarines better, and they should do the BA too.
(Plus BA got the crappiest codex pic for a long while )

3000 points.
5000 points and still growing when GW adds something cool.
3500 points centered around 25 Terminators and 12 Dreadnoughts
500 points and just started.
5 Warlords / 5 Reavers / 4 Warhounds of the Legio Pallidus Mor. |

If there are sets left on the shelf at your local store and you were thinking of buying them now, don't hesitate or you'll have to wait a little while before more are available.
Yeah my store's complete stock has gone after 2-3 orders every time. Went and got the codex finally today as they ordered so many that they couldnt sell out! Managed to get a DC box set last week too, just.

Has GW started running lower production amounts or are they just completely out of touch with their customer base ? They ran out of the Fortress of Redemption (at Christmas, no less) and now sets for one of the most-anticipated Marine armies? Wonder what's going on in GW's white tower ??

The same thing happened with Bastion kits for Planetstrike last summer. They ran out in the US in about a week and it was weeks till they had more to sell.
In fairness to them, these things are hard to gauge. It's hard to know ahead of time just how popular a certain kit will be. If they guess wrong and make too many as has happened on occasion then they have huge overstocks of certain sets sitting around for years. If they underestimate, they lose out part of the way through a sales surge of a new release.

Haha... It's funny cuz it's true. The BA codex cover is horrible. I finally picked up my copy this past weekend and lol'd when I saw it. Two bad covers in a row, Tyranids and now Blood Angels. I hope this trend doesn't continue.

A small correction to my earlier post today, it appears it's just the Sanguinary Guard plastic set that is out of stock in the USA, not the Death Company box set.

Completely sold out of BA SG kits? Wow, I never would have expected that. It looks like GW made the right decision to release BA after all.

What's so bad about the Tyranid cover? I have no qualms with it. The only problem I have with the Blood Angels cover is the central "hero" figure - he's where all the problems are, with his funny shaped head, odd angles, and weird perspective.

I agree that the BA cover hero is a letdown; particularly for me who enjoys the conversions of cover art into models that inevitably appear on the net after awhile. I mean his head looks like a squished grape with beadly little eyes. Gah.

I'm not surprised. There were 12 or so sitting around waiting to be picked up for pre-order customers at my FLGS last week And that's AFTER I saw someone buy 3 boxes of them.
