Dream:

Artificer armoured captain with a grenade launcher, relic blade and storm shield

Realistic:
Tactical marine who's just chucked his last empty clip at his enemies head, and is now charging into combat.

Even more realistic:
A scout marine forced to assault a squad of genestealers. (has happened, wasn't pretty.)

the most realistic:
Servitor with a heavy weapon, forced to assault some grots for no particular reason. (grots were in retreat.) and having them headbutt my shins.

Ideally?

An Eldar Farseer with a with Fortune and Doom.


Realistically?

I'm an Electronics tech in the Navy without a lot of luck, so I suppose I'd be a Servitor or Techmarine with Doom cast on me!

Realistically: Sternguard with Combi-plasma

The most realistic: Guardsman with Plasma gun.

Oh indeed, however we need moar heavy stuff than "eternal dance", I am thinking more along the lines of " Eternal hatred and anger". Squads with this special rule, witch is to busy listening to Burzum and burning down everything is imnue to panic, flame weapons and have a 6+ save against all infantry units

Ugh I STILL can’t decide between Eldar and Tau, so I’ll do both.

Dream: an Autarch with wings and a Power Sword given the title of Shas'O (as An honorific) commanding a hybrid battleforce of Tau and Eldar.

Realistic: A Dire Avenger saved by Tau and just recently was promoted to Shas'ui and given command of his own Firewarrior platoon.

More realistic: A quirky guardian that’s is too attached to a powersword he acquired from a Banshee, that was felled by the very first bolter shot from a CSM that was later rescued by Tau, after his craft world abandoned him (they were too annoyed with him). He has still yet to give up his prized sword, even after donning the armor and Rank of Sash'la

more realistic: the guy packing the lunches for a Chaos warband

Most realistic: Kroot

A dark angel librarian with a jump pack and a power sword

Dream: a Khorne daemon-prince with a BIIIG axe and a HUUUUGE temperamental problem
realistic: a Comissar with a powerfist and a plasma pistol and a megaphone (not enough bucks for a vox-caster)
more realistic: a beardy, sweaty and dirty guardsmen in the border of madness for having seen all and more while wielding a heavy stubber...

More realistic: Tyranid goo.
