I have an Ork Kommissar that I created, but I'm too lazy to search the IGMB for him.

Warboss Krumpweelz- Warboss on Bike of the Aporkalypse. Allows Nob Bikers or Warbikers as troop choice, Big Choppa and Powerklaw, 2 TLR, 2 Dakkaguns, boss pole, Cybork Armor (he is built INTO bike).

Warboss got jealous of Wazdakka Gutsmek, so He hired several Big meks to make him a better rider. On his first attempt he crashed and got horribly wounded so several painboys with the help of the bigmeks reassembled him...but some of his body parts ended up in the bike and some of the bike ended up in his body...

He is allowed to Turbo and Fire two weapons, has the same stats as a normal warboss but his toughness is a straight 6 not a 5/6 and he has 1 extra wound and a 5+ invuln save 245 points (or twenty more then Wazdakka, dont have codex on me atm)

Machine Body- Being actually PART of the bike, Krumpweelz is considered to have a straight 6 toughness, and does not get an extra 1 for the bike. The 6 is used to determine double toughness effect.

Fire em up- If krumpweelz is attached to any friendly bike unit, that unit gains a +1 to initiative and is fearless.

Tear em up- Krumpweelz is extremly jealous and will not tolerate the mechanical version of the enemy, as such all his shooting and melee gets the tank hunter benefit, and attacks with his powerklaw are considered AP1 for vehicles, as he knows right where to aim for the most wreckage.

Biomechanic Brain and Body - Psychic powers do not work on, for or against Krumpwheelz. He cannot be the target of psychic attacks, any unit he is attached to CAN as long as he is not the target. He is fearless.

Waagh- As normal

I know almost nothing about Orkz and Sisters, so please correct any mistakes.

Gritz One-Eye n' Mekboy Squeeg

Gritz One-eye is the current Warboss of a small Ork Tribe infesting the shadowy forests surrounding the SoB Order of the Gilded Crown, which has come to bitterly accept the fact that the Ork infestation has become set in, and has used them as "practice" for decades.

Gritz himself was an Ork Nob whose name was at the time, Gritz Skulltoof. He served under Boss Gutchewa, a notorious, but ineffective Boss. Gritz' rise to power began with a fatalistic raid on the Gilded Crown, which proved, as the hundreds before them, to be useless in the end. Skulltoof himself was the only survivor, and lost both eyes, and much of his left arm to an eager young Sister who had taken a Heavy Flamer from one of the fallen of her Order. Through cowardice, cunning, and sheer grit, he escaped from the battlefield and found his way to the camp by smell and memory.

Squeeg was the only mekboy of the camp, the others having joined in the failed raid, and having exploded in various ways, he was now the only source of tek for the tribe. When Gritz walked through one of his ramshackle walls, still smoldering slightly, he knew he had a willing test subject for his latest experiment.

Squeeg replaced much of the left Portion of Gritz' face and arms with a Kannon, and ran rigging over the gun itself and much of his back. A massive ammo drum was attached to Skulltoofs back, and a single bionic eye (Instead of the traditional three for their tribe) replaced the burnt out hole on the right side of his face.

Armed with this dakka, though not in direct control (Trained Grots running the thing, kept in line with beatings.) Skulltoof waited impatiently for Gutchewa to make his way back, if he did so at all.

Almost as soon as Gutchewa made his way back, Gritz' challenged him to a fight. Before he could even reply to the upstarts attack on his leadership, he was blasted by the impatient Grotz.

So did Skulltoof rise to leadership of his Lads.

Yeah, I haven't even read the Ork codex...

I guess a more suitable LD would be

Both, 8.

I'm guessing, as it is basically 2 Independent Chars combined into one squad, 250 at the minimum. I don't know the relative pricing of the Ork SC at all as well, so looking at the more expensive SC's for them would be my best bet I believe.

Mekk Boss Hagar Grotlova

Hagar wasn't always a boss, no diz ork rose to infamy from a humble big mekk. He was cheif big mek for the current Warboss Specshul Edd on a far off Crone World called Lilock by the Eldar. When the Sword Wind came, the boyz went to war.

When da boyz heard da puny Eldar was looking for a good fight, Specshul Edd prepared for a grand battle. He assembled togeather the toughest and meanest orks and nobs he could scrounge up, and with a feroucious WAAAAAAAAAGHHHH began his attack on where the Eldar had landed.

Unfortunately for Specshul Edd, the Eldar of Beil Tan had expected something like this, and laid a clever trap. Edd and his Waaaaaggh were slaughtered to a man, in an embarassingly short battle for the Orks. They then proceeded to get ready to cleanse the planet of the vile greenskins.

As Fate would have it, this was not the end of Mekk Hagar. Hagar began assembling an unlikely counter attack force against the Eldar.

"quick, get me dose Kans ready, weze gunna need em for what I have in mind."

one of the boys began to question him
"but you isn't da boss! why should we listin to ye?"

Hagar grabbed the insubordinate with his power claw and held him high above his head.
"da boss got hiself killed ya git, now shut up and listen up! I've got a kunnin plan to save our greenskins, and dats why I'm da boss now."

the distressed boy choked out
"but sirr! dose eldar is pretty kunnin too! wont' they expect us"

Hagar threw the boy to the ground, a smile spreading across his green lips, he growled
"oh, dey won't see dis comin"

Mekk Hagar looked fondly at the masses of killa kans assembled before him, turned to the few remaining boyz in da camp and shouted "Grab your grot pods boyzs! its time for anotha go!"

What happend next was unprecedented, thousands upon thousands of Gretchin and hundreds of Kans decended upon the Aspect Warriors of Biel Tan lead by what remaind of the Ork Boyz, the Eldar quickly became over whelmed as Hagar's kustom force field dropped the effectiveness of their guns and were forced to retreat from the plannet. Hagar himself killed many Elves and grew significantly in stature. Becoming a Full on Warboss leading the most rediculous Waaagh the galaxy had ever seen.

Kustom Mega Force Field: Hagar's field is suped up to levels appropriate for a boss. It follows the basic rules for a kustom force field but in addition, it provides him personally a 4+ invulnerable save and improves the KFF cover save for models in the unit he is attached to by 1.

They won't see this coming: All Gretchin mobs have furious charge and thier squad cap is increased to 60 Gretchin. In addition Killa Kanz may be taken as either elites or heavy support

Not enough Boyz!: No more than 5 Nobs may be included in an army including Hagar (including upgrade charachters), and no more than 40 boys.

My character hasn't been fully fleshed out, but my Alpha Legion warband found themselves in the early years after the Heresy lacking any psykers. The Captain of the warband, following a series of dreams, led his fleet to a dark uninhabited planet where an escape pod was found hanging in orbit.
In the escape pod waited a former librarian of the World Eaters Legion. The World Eaters had sacrificed all of their psykers to Khorne in a great ritual, but this one librarian had sent out a psychic call into the warp seeking aid and his battle brothers were made blind to him, thus he was able to make his way to an escape pod and jettison himself into space. For a hundred years he sat in stasis waiting as his Lord Tzeentch brought the proper forces to his aid.
In the tens of thousands of years since his rescue the warband has gone through numerous Chaos Lords who nominally led the band, but he has been the constant sorcerer always placed to nudge the band into keeping with Tzeentch's plans
As a World Eater he already had the neural implants to increase his aggressiveness and a focus on melee training. He has a +1 WS and Furious Charge over his normal sorcerer stats.
Names for the sorcerer and chaos lord to be determined as I've never really given thought to it and nothing great comes to mind easily

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Oh as an additional note... followers of Khorne really want to kill him so the warband doesn't use anybody with the mark of Khorne or any Khorne demons

Scatterbrained Infiltrate- roll a d6 at beginning of game on a 1-3 infiltrate as normal, on a 4+ make a sneaky note of where they are deployed onto table. You do not have to place them until they perform an action other then deployment.

Move through Cover
Stikkbombs
Bomber package- On the same turn Gretchin Kommandos assault from the woods, if they can make it to an enemy unit they launch a bomber Gretchin, where ever this gretchin is in the formation, place the small blast template it hits as an STR 8 AP5 small blast template. If any part of the template strikes the vehicle it is considered a direct hit.
Stubborn

Instead of grot herders, they get Bomber Package Gretchin..

Several of the smaller more vicious gretchin have been studying the kommandos and tankbusters in silence. Quite certain they can do a better job, they take to the field, armed to the teeth with a bomb squigs payload being carried by a few of them, they sneakily head into the battlefield

The Phantom of Mars-
There are rumors and whispers of ghostly being that haunts the Martian forges. Appearing only at night, as fast as lightning and as silent as the void itself, the ghost snaches its victims from their sleep, from thier homes, their work. No place is safe from this terror of the dark. It's victims are never seen or head from again. no signs of struggle, no trace resistance is ever found after these abductions.
Few have witnessed the attacks, but for the ones that have seen this spector's terrifing work all report the same event- "I'm so cold... So cold. It was a spirit... it appeared from thin air, barely visible, and manifested into a solid figure just long enough to grab it's prey and look into my soul as if it were telling me we will all sucumb to this fate, then with a flash of blue, both it and its victim faded back to nothingness. I can no longer find warmth. Not even the hottest Titan Forge can warm these bones. I shiver continuously from it's frozen gaze and I know with all certainty he will be back for me. It was Death and he will claim us all..."

The Phantom of Mars is a long forgotten lord whos army has been in stasis on Mars for millions of years. His current mission is the re-awakening of the Void Dragon, his Patron God and Master. Himself once "Supreme Master of Mars" commanded millions of Necrotyr during the "War in Heaven" answering only to The Dragon. Now he is utterly alone only being awakened himself by the "Martian Incursion" in 998.M41. Since then the he has been prowling the night stealing souls and spreading fear throught out Mars in order to supply the sleeping god with enough flavor to re-awaken and contiue his "Great Harvest" that was put on hold so many millions of years ago. Then he will have a means to bring his epic army back online to recultivate Mars and the rest of the inhabited worlds of his sector of space, starting with holy terra.
Using phase shifting and other ancient technology that borders on magic, the Phantom of Mars prefers to appear into the material world from no where on his unsuspecting prey and phaseing them both back out before even a breath can be taken leaving no evidence other than the occasional witness left shaken to his very soul. Always left cold and anxiosly waiting for the Phantom's return thier accounts are usually dismissed as sickness and insanity by the General Martian Athuority, but the Adeptus Mechanicus knows the truth is much deeper and infinetly more terrible.
Tens of thousands of souls have been taken since his awakening, fed to the "harvester" a machine that transforms living beings into the delicious and sustaining energy that the C'tan so favors. There are rumors that the Adeptus Mechanicus know of this machine and even its purpose but do not interfere in hopes that the "Machine God" will awaken and enlighten all of mankind.

He would be able to join a unit of Tyranid Warriors for deployment exactly like independent characters in some other codexes that may exist out there only without some slowed restriction that forces you to either give up on him or go foot slogging with a three wound, four toughness HQ choice and base your entire strategy on 'maybe my opponent is too stupid to kill them all first turn'.

Unit Type: Jump Infantry (unique)

Wargear: Puritas, Power Armor

Fearless
Hit and Run
Adepta Sororitas
Eternal Warrior
Faithful (3 faith points, Should Martine be killed the army loses 1d6 Faith points. If this brings the army total to 0 the army may no longer use Acts of Faith or gain Faith by Martyrdom)

Divine Intervention: Saint Martine must always be placed in reserve. She deep strikes without checking for scatter and can assault the turn she arrives.

Light of the Emperor: St Martine has the equivalent of assault and defensive grenades and further any models in base to base contact with her are considered to be striking at initiative 1. However in terms of shooting any cover save that St. Martine may be garnering is lowered by one as her light makes it easy to pick her out. (so a 4+ cover save goes to a 5+ save). Furthermore she can always be targeted when using the night fighting rules since she is illuminated.

Smite the Unclean: Martine has the USR Preferred Enemy (Daemons) and against Slaanesh daemons she re-rolls to wound as well. When attacking Demonically possessed vehicles she rolls 2d6 for armor penetration.

Purifying Flames: Once per shooting phase, Martine can expel golden fire from her blade that consumes all it touches. It is the equivalent of a Heavy flamer which ignores invulnerable saves.

Born Aloft by the Emperor’s Grace: She does not make dangerous or difficult terrain tests.

Stand with Me Sisters: All units that bear the Adepta Sororitas rule within 12” of Martine may re-roll failed Morale or Pinning tests.

The Emperor Protects: Martine’s save is considered invulnerable.

Puritas: This counts as a Blessed Weapon.

Saint Martine

WS 6
BS 5

A 5
I 6
Ld 10
Sv 3++

Unit Type: Jump Infantry (unique)

Wargear: Puritas, Power Armor

Special Rules

Fearless

Whoops sorry abotu that. Shje is 250 points. I based her on St Celestine, Mephiston and the Sanguinor. She is not truly an Independent Character but I figured it would work anyway. Many of her special rules also have drawbacks or are army specific. Think of her as a daemon in most ways. She is just a daemon for the Emperor. How many points is the Nightbringer or Deceiver? They are both tremendously buff and much more powerful and almost 100 points more.

When fighting at night you never have to check range against her since she is already lit up. She must start in reserve too which for Sisters can be bad since they have no way to manage the roll at all. Also cover saves are made 1 step worse. She is only armed with heavy flamer which makes her ranged attacks suck. Is there somethign more I should do to balance her?

Dave - 20pts, any Imperial Army:

WS - 3
BS - 3
S - 3
T - 3
W - 2
A - 4
I - 3
Ld - 8
Sv - 4++

Unit Type: Cavalry/beast

Wargear: Carapace Armour, Dog, Cleaver, Bolt Pistol.

Dog - Dog is Dave's faithful... well...dog (collie). on whom he rides to war. Dog confer's Dave an extra attack and makes him cavalry/beast (included in profile) and enable Dave to re-roll difficult terrain tests. However, Dog is a wuss and as such is scared of loud noises such as shooting and Thunder. Any firing that takes place (from either army) within 18" of Dave causes Dog to try to run away, forcing Dave to take a leadership test, which if failed, causes him to move at 6+D6" in the opposite direction of the unit which fired. This can force Dave to move in multiple directions, multiple times, during either shooting phase and can force them off the board.

Cleaver - Dave is particularly fond of the large butchers knife/ cleaver in the kitchen and uses it for all sorts of 'tasks'. In-game the cleaver counts as rending.

Special Rules: "Whoops", Tennis Ball, Caring, Short Attention Span, Mockery, Prod.

"Whoops" - Dave has a habit of messing things up and 'putting his foot in it'. As such, any shooting or difficult terrain rolls of one forces Dave to take a str 3 hit, armour saves allowed.

Tennis Ball - Dog is particularly fond of tennis balls and similar objects. Once per game Dave can use the tennis ball rule which, when activated, causes Dog/Dave to ignore nearby shooting leadership tests until his next turn (see Wargear).

Caring - Dave's generally a caring person who despite often cocking things up, means well. Once per turn, a single model within 6" of Dave can ignore any un-saved wound.

Short Attention Span - Exactly what it says. At the beginning of each turn Dave's owning player must roll a D6, if a 1 is rolled Dave does nothing for the rest of the turn as he's distracted by something.

Mockery - God likes to mock Dave, so to prolong his enjoyment, god has made Dave's save invulnerable.

Prod - Dave can give a nasty prod, once per turn Dave can 'prod' (not cleaver) any (friendly included) model in base contact. This model must pass an armour save, if failed, they suffer Instant Death.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

Lone Wolf Sentinel Pilot

Southampton, Hampshire, England, British Isles, Europe, Earth, Sol, Sector 001

Corporal Nina Rayon

Rayon was born on the world Idaho located in the Britannia sector of the Segmentum Tempest.
Idaho is a class 4 civilised world covered by lush forest and blue seas. A fair and liberal political system, no sign of any pskers, self sufficient to the point of being able to trade its excess goods off world and with a Tech level close to that of the 4th Millennium, a near paradise compared to other worlds in the Imperium. But that was all to change.

On the date of 6123998.M41 a Space Hulk (code named Helios 22B) was detected entering the system, the system defense fleet was dispatched to investigate the hulk. The small under armed SDF ships where fired upon and utterly destroyed by the hulk. Immediately the planetary council sent a distress signal to the sectors capital system when it became apparent that the feeble planetary defense systems would be all but useless against it.

The hulk made a forced landing on the largest land mass on southern hemisphere of Idaho. The hastily assembled PDF awaited what was going to exit. As soon as the disembarking ramps hit the ground the horror of what was on board was unleashed. The Chaos Space Marines Bolters spat death as the woefully unprepared PDF was cut to ribbons.

At this time Nina Rayon was on the northern continent and as the Chaos forces swept aside the PDF she and her regiment was assigned to guard the capital city and Idahos only Starport.
The PDF fought valiantly but were no match to the traitor legions and their warp spawned evils. In a matter weeks most of Idaho had fallen under the boots of the combined might of Daemon and Bolter. Not much is known about the battles fought on that world but when a contingent of Ultramarines, Space Wolfs and Ravenguard arrived in Idaho orbit they where met by a fleet of what space worthy ships were left to the Idahoains, all packed full with none combatants. Planetside only the Starport remained in Loyalist hands. Most of the PDFs high command had been destroyed but the platoon commanders refused to give in until the last of transports were away.

The Space Marines knew that they could not retake the planet as they lacked the numbers but the could aid in the evacuation of the Starport. Drop pods and Thunderhawk gunships rained down from the sky. The order to surrender the PDF positions the the Marines and to evacuate was given.
Rayon was covering a retreating squad of Ultramarines with her trusty Longshot las-rifle, scorching laser blasts flashed only inches from the squad but every shot hit there mark on the Daemon horde following the Ultramarines, not even the Astartes sniper crack shots could keep up with her fire rate and 100% hit rate.

What was left of the Idaho PDF was drafted into the 100 Imperial Guard Regiments sent to retake Idaho. Rayon on the other hand did not rejoin her PDF. She was seen as to unique to be sent into the meat grinder that was going to take place on the planet below and was asked to train the Scouts of the Ultramarines in the art of long range combat. Then when she gauged that the Scouts had become proficient at their skills lead Sniper Reconnaissance units down on Idaho.

She won many honers and victories in the Idaho war and when the Chaos forces had been utterly destroyed she requested to join the Guard Regulars. Now she is moved from battlefield to battlefield where her skill is in high demand by Regimental and Platoon Commanders alike. More often than not she takes with her a veteran of the Regiment who has shown high skill at sharp shooting and hones their skill so that when she is shipped off to her next assignment the Regiment has an able force of Snipers to take her place.

Her reputation as one of the best shots in the Imperium has become almost the stuff of myth and legend.

Archon Khariaq 200 pts (tentative, might be a bit underpriced with the 2++ save)

WS 8 BS 8 S4 T3 W3 I8 A4 LD10 Sv 2++

Wargear: The Pendulum, Combat Drug Dispenser, Penumbral Shroud

Rules: Furious Charge, Rage, Fearless

The Pendulum: The Pendulum is the unholy relic of the Blood Disciples, a rusted, fetid clawed gauntlet of which thousands of lives have been extinguished. The Pendulum is an Agonizer that always re-rolls failed To Wound rolls.

Penumbral Shroud: Archon Khariaq has been outfitted with a specialized Shadow Field that is almost completely resistant to overload. The Penumbral Shroud gives Archon Khariaq a 2+ Invulnerable Save, and is not lost upon failing.

Undead Body: Archon Khariaq's body is nothing more than a walking corpse since his dark corruption after the fall of the Eldar. Because of this, Archon Khariaq never suffers wounds from rolling doubles or triples on the Combat Drugs chart.

Bodyguard: Archon Khariaq is always surrounded by his children, the Wych Cult who he presides over. Because of this, Archon Khariaq may only be deployed in a unit of Wyches or in a unit of Reaver Jetbikes. He may be mounted on a Reaver Jetbike for the points cost listed in the Dark Eldar Wargear section.

...From Beyond: Something within Khariaq's soul refuses to let him die. An unknown force of unrelenting darkness permeates his body and keeps him alive. When Archon Khariaq is killed or otherwise reduced to 0 Wounds, the very fabric of reality collapses as the dark forces possessing his soul return to the place from which they came. Place the Large Blast template centered over Khariaq. All models under the template suffer a S10 hit with no armor saves allowed as reality is fractured.
