The guy I play against all the time runs 10 nobz with Doc Grotznik plus cybork armor. 5++ save and fnp? God I hate them

I hate everything!!!

Terminators, my genestealer seem to never be in the right place to deal with them.

Mephiston. He may be easy to kill (apparently) but he can sure ruin ANY of your best units day

The units that I run that people hate the most are my 5 man death company w/ Lemartes (with jump packs and power weapons) that can kill the Doc and Nobz fully decked out unit that shuffles wounds around in a single round of combat-first time my friend EVER lost his full nob squad, I might add or my 6 man terminator squad w/ a librarian and a sanguine priest thrown in.

My most hated unit anything from the imperial guard book. hate those guys...stupid normal humans in the 41st century that look like they just stepped out of world war 2...

I hate ultramarines...just because I get tired of seeing them everywhere....they are like the futuristic equivalent of the Yankees, Cowboys, or Lakers...the are the most notable army and a sped can recognize them. I also hate necrons and their monoliths....just dull and boring!

If you hate ultramarines, crush them when you fight them. Surely they are a noob.

Pro ultramarine armies are usually quite beautiful.

I've never seen an Ultramarine army, so I can't really sympathize.

On the other hand, the store I frequent is filled to the brim with IG and SW.

I think what I hate most is either the Necron Lord with a Res Orb giving WBB no matter what or the Monolith. Deep-striking land raider that can't mishap so long as it hits the table and shoots everything in a 30 inch circle with D6 Gauss shots. As for ignoring it, how? Any good Necron player won't let you.

Your best option is to hit the troops. The Monolith costs a huge amount of points and isn't a necron; eliminating it won't help with the phase out count at all. Plus, it's much harder to kill the monolith than the other units, for obvious reasons.

The Mawloc. Robin Cruddace is not Liam Neeson. He is not allowed to release the Kraken.

Basilisks. They sit all the way in the corner killings tons of my necrons at a time.

I thought people nowadays make them hit the bricks in placement of the Manticore.

My brother has used them a few times, I mean look at them they're pretty awesome. Long, hard barrels make me weak in the knees.

Now his list is super mech, melta out the ass, vendettas, and other such nonsense. Well it's not completely tourney stuff theres sentinels and stormtroopers

I agree that they do look awesome as I own one myself (Little brother uses it as looted tank as none of the Patucci Trio uses IG).

I'm seeing that its lacking of compy power more weighs with Stormtroopers because Sentinels are still awesome.

Compy powers- things that make an army competative

Also people use sentinels around here and they've done quite well.

Ok makes sense now. His list is more about elite fast striking spec ops kinda dudes, hence the stormtroopers, gunships, vets in chimeras, hellhounds/banewolfs, and so on. If he added flak turrets though....

Anyway enough about that this topic aint about my bro's list!

Really I always take a Land Raider with my Skaven slaves. Makes short work of any Carnifexes.


My most hated unit has to be the Land Raider. Especially when it gets up in your face and out pops a few TH/SS Termis.
But then when you own one it just looks so awesome.

When i had a world eaters army (so many berserkers, so many chain axes) i loved to hate any other CC specialists.
Sure killing normal marines or IG or termagants in CC iis fun. But tearing apart a unit of striking scorpions or howling banshees or genestealers or assault marines was the best.
