Space Marines die in battle.
Dante is at least 1000 years old and still kicking
in all likelyhood marines are physically immortal. there is evidence that marines do show detieriation of the body, but this is purely an Astetic change. marines do sometimes get "Retired" to train new recruits. usually because they have suffered grevious injuries that impair their combat abilities.
the Oldest Marine alive is Bjorn and he's in a Dreadnought so he really doens't count as he has slept for the better part of that 10k years.

If Space Marines are physically immortal, then the time-warping effects of the Eye of Terror should be purely superficial. But then again, he is a warrior who fought in the Great Crusade 10,000 years before.

Yeah but he has been in the eoT for most of that time so it's only been a few hundred years to him whereas it's been several thousand outside.

I am sure there are some Chaos Marines who have had significantly more time pass than others. They do not all camp out in the Eye of Terror.
Fabius Bile, for one, has been causing havoc across the universe for the entire span since the heresy.
Just because Soul Hunter had only a couple hundred "real" years pass doesn't mean that applies to everyone.
Also, some may have had more than 10,000 years pass. The warp doesn't always shorten the time, sometimes it stretches it as well.

Thanks to the warp, anyone who travels alot has all bets off as far as aging. You could go into the warp at age 20, come out 21, and find out it's 3 years in the past, or 40 years in the future....
Iirc, IG fluff has Captain al'Rahem being a veteran of the Macharian Crusades thanks to the way the Warp works.

If you have ever read any ciaphas cain books, in one of them it says that ciaphas has been serving for 200 something years, and all the cybernetics he has are three metal fingers, also on the book cover he looks pretty young.
In space hulk seargent lorenzo is 600 and something years old, you can see that he has grey hair and looks a bit old so i think space marines do age, another example is scout seargent tellion of the ultramarines, i dont know how old he is but he look like an old man.

In my fluff there is a marine that is over 1,952 years old. But he no-longer serves in battle, and he is considered a relic of the chapter. As he remembers alot. And he is the one that crowns the chapter master. But other than that space marines can live for a very long time. The age of Cain on the covers is not necessarily accurate. Details are wrong. He never uses a bolt pistol in the stories.
I believe the books address the covers at some point, calling them propaganda posters or some such.

Considering that the warp messes things up time wise whether travelling through it or just chilling inside it i doubt either side notices.

Warptime isn't constant- so it's hard to tell age. Also, Chaos marines are sorta protected by the gods.
Some marines who have survived in warp as long as the CSM have are the 13th company of SW- but that's only because of their wulfen genes, and they've been around, some of them, since the time of russ's landing on fenris!
