Argh, that would be terrible. There are so few elements of warfare that are not already covered there is not relaly space to release any more races without overlapping massively with established races. Not to mention the problems there would be with rules never being updated, lack of play testing so they could rush to invent a new race, etc.

By all means, release adaptations for "counts as" stuff (such as ad-mech, or witch hunters "counts as" guard army), but not entirely new armies each year.

Agreed, although i would probably shuffle/re-align certain codices:

Chaos would split into 3 books, Daemons, Legions, LatD/Renegades. Though, tbh a single army list should be able to comprise of 0-2 (or whatever is appropriate) units from X or Y codex, depending on your HQ choice in Z codex.
DA, and BA would be sucked into vanilla marines, as their organization is too close to "Codex approved", also would bring back some Death Watch rules (which, IMO could/would work like the chaos version, so that you could be running a "death watch" army, with a squad of space wolves or BT
Inquisition would be combined... so no separate daemonhunters and witch hunters.. just the big I
IG would stay the same
Eldar/DE/Harlequins would stay the same, but with some twists to fully bring back harlequin armies
nids, tau, and orks would stay unchanged, since they dont take allies, with the exception of tau, who may get the Kroot expanded upon.

The more i think on the Eldar idea, the more i like it, but here is generally what i would do: i would somewhat lower the cost of the guardian or "basic" box, and keep the upgrade boxes "reasonable" for what they are. I would also update most of the Metal models, maybe not necessarily with plastic, but just a newer model... for example, Ragnar or Col. Gaunt, and most of the Daemons HQ models are all "old" and should be redone to a more proper glory.

in an on topic note... how big would a Tyrranofex model be?

Another, small idea.. plastic PA weapon sprues for various armies.. For instance, Lightning claws for space marines.

But, my main list of models that need to be done/redone, is already posted before

Rough riders, then again their rules aren't brilliant. Just loads of those black templars style upgrade sprues for guard mordians, valhallans and steel legion for cadians. A new catachan boxset, all they would need to do is redo the arms in a style similar to the command/HW sets. A 'bio titan' boxset that makes either a Ty-Fex or Tervi a la Try/maw boxset.

Plastic Everything?

That would be cool.

Also, a wishlisting system. We send in our ideas. GW collect our ideas and make one new mini a month, completly random and having nothing to do with the current release.

It would definately sell, otherwise people wouldn't have chosen for it to be made.

Also, I know it would never happen, I'm just "Ultrawishlisting".

Plastic Mark 3 armored Space Marines.

Basically, I want these in plastic so it doesn't cost $30 for 5 dudes.

Edit: I really like this armor, though. So tempting to make a pre-heresy army.

You should be able to make one from the plastic Grey Knight Terminators we're expecting early next year. Unless they're changing the layout of the squad, you have to include a Grey Knight hero as part of the squad. This means GW will have to include parts to turn one of the Terminators into a hero, which you could use for your Grand Master.

If you were going to release them in pairs, I'd suggest Howling Banshees/Swooping Hawks (lightly armoured in sprinting poses), Fire Dragons/Striking Scorpions (heavily armoured in advancing poses), Dark Reapers/Warp Spiders (heavily armoured in standing poses).
