1) Built a gaming table for fantasy on the second to last day of the year. Starting off this year working on terrain for it.

2) Nearly finished around 2000 points of my Brets, still have around 500 to go.

3) Stripped something like 100 ork boys I had painted and very very slowly have started to repaint them.

My highlight was playing against a titan mega force thingy.
I got smashed so badly by seven warhounds and two Reavers.

Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

I finally started using a wet pallette and thinning my paints! haha That really was the highlight, hobby-wise, of 2010 and it took place the last few days of the year.

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

Discovering War of the Ring. It's a fun game to play, very enjoyable, and I love painting the models As I've basically finished painting all my current Eldar, it's nice to have something else to paint that I enjoy.

Looking for fun articles on painting, tactics and wargaming? Are you after a new regular blog to follow? Are you a bit bored with nothing better to do?

If the answer to any of the above is 'well, I guess' you could probably do worse than read my blog! Regular wargaming posts, painting and discussions

My FLGS moved to a larger location, so no more cramming 50 sweaty gamers into a room the size of a single car garage. I anticipate having lots of 3,000+ pts battles, now that we have enough tables to push two together without pissing off everyone. I may actually get to use my Stompa and/or Skullhamma!!!

I managed to avoid playing any 40k all year long!
I also painted over half the models PP makes for my Hordes faction.

The highlight would have to be getting back into wargaming (well, just collecting and painting so far). Since September I've bought nearly 4000pts of IG, now just got to assemble and paint them!

On the new releases topic, DE are the definitive highlight of the year for me.

On my own work on hobby... nothing. I have been studying and working, without time for painting or playing so... :( This is the year! But not sooner than February xD

Getting back into the hobby after 3 years away at university. Even better than that though, was realising how much fun it was and is now.

Oh, and finally having the guts after all this time to start Imperial Fists. Yellow no longer terrifies me as much as it used to!

Think it might have been my draw last thursday after 7 defeats in a row

To be honest though, best thing i have done warhammer wise last year was list making....When i had my old PC (beofre i got a Mac ) I must have had 100+ lists on army builder, plus all the other ones i didn't save/didn't finish.
I played a lot less (I worked at internet cafe/gaming center, for my step-dad, that shut down 1st April, which is where i played 40k, it moved to another place temporarily, but didn't really like it there, but once the club moved again, i started playing more, but then started Uni in september, and haven't played much there either....) And i am very very very good at putting off painting....Although i did spend an hour or so on a Trygon, that isn't finished yet, but a friend has it, as i don't actually play Nids

This year needs to be better
2000-3000 Points of Orks to be painted.....
Guard army started
Try and make a couple of Dioramas (I love planning them, i have loads of ideas, not sure if they are practical or not though )
Play as many fun games as possible, but also go to 2/3 Tournaments and try and do fairly well

Didn't get much actual gaming in, what with the job hunting. Did manage to make so many lists that my OpenOffice spreadsheet almost melted.

Went undefeated with my Tau in BFG (all 1 game!)
