I like the robot heads. A couple look like Iron Man and a couple look like Robot from the Invincible comic.

Just noticed that Zealot doesn't have their jumppack and p-fast anymore on their webstore.

The female Tau heads are awesome. Very cool find.

6 of my Thunderwolves are from Mr. Dandy (five are converted from Hordes models and one is a converted Canis). The Thunderwolves produced by Mr Dandy are very high quality models. They compare very well in terms of size to the Canis Wolfborn model and have very nice detail work. The resin is high quality and easy to work with.

You may not like the exit doors of Chapterhouse's Alien pod, but at least it has them in contrast to Mr. Dandy's Pods.

I like to think the exit doors are an homage to Giger's Alien designs. It makes sense considering that Tyranids are an homage to him and his designs already. Heck there are more vagina in the first Alien film then on 10 of those drop pods combined.

In a store full of teens, this association WILL come up and some people might want to avoid this publicity.

Had an email from zealot saying the jet bikes and jumps packs are being discontinued. Due to ip issues being raised across the forums and threats of legal action (chapterhouse). So it seems I won’t be able to finish my squadron.

You need to get over your bias and take your red-tinted glasses off.

Sending an email to one of our former design contractors asking them to adjust the self-admittedly very similar design that was their jetpack is not a legal threat (I was rather cordial as opposed to the reply I received back).

His decision to not make the jetbike or any other 40k related items was his own (though he did get some bashing on some of the other forums).

Your statement "Those chumps makes me #######" shows just how one-sided you are being without even trying to find out the facts. I am not surprised, there are some GW fans out there that dont want to see anyones side but the one they are on, regardless of anything else.

It is being explored and it will NOT be a direct copy out of the Horus Heresy Artbook as the one in this thread was (which may be another reason it was removed).

Huh, so wanting another manufacturers potential product makes me a GW lover? Dunno how that one works. So just to be firm here, you send a manufacturer who has designed a similar item a CnD and you can't understand why you recieve an angry reply? Hey, isn't this what you did to get you in the trouble you are in, plus bleeting about your troubles only fuels the dislike. CHS, you need to smell the coffee and wake up. Yet again you come stomping into a thread about a competitors items, and can't take critism when it is leveled at you for doing so. I am saddened that this dealer has been forced to not sell product by another (in my eyes) less reputable company that is already garnering a reputation for infamy (infamy, they've all got it infamy!).

Nicks sent me a copy of his email, in which he asks him politely to consider a few design changes. Which is fair enough I guess.

However it both versions use the same artwork as inspiration so they will look very similar.

Yup, taken from the same artwork. I really don't care what CHS sent you, as there is a chance that it isn't what was sent anyway, as trust is not easily earned. I note that the parent website is quiet on the subject. It's a pity as the design works a lot better for me. More problematic is CHS barging in on other manufacturers threads, and rubbishing them. This is something that has set CHS off slavering that everyone is against them when they recieve negative comments, god forbid that it came from another producer.

Yeah, both jumppacks look like the old Citadel Classic pack anyway, so none of them were that original a design. (In fact neither was turbofans on a backpack in the original)

But guess if you're the one sending out the C&D letters you're just standing up for your rights

If you're getting them then you're being driven from the marketplace.
