How have we come this far without mention of Grimlock, king of all dinosaurs? The Dinobots are the finest things dinosaurs have given us. If they still existed, then we would be farming brontosauruses, we would have already hunted the T-rexes to extinction, and Velociraptors would, like tigers, exist only in zoos.

Speaking of wiener dogs, when you put mulch out and dig holes for plants
1. wiener dogs like to chew on mulch. 2. watch out when putting you plant into the hole. You may find there is an ancient weiner dog at the bottom of it rooting for bugs. No he will not move voluntarily. 3. Whats great about wiener dogs chewing on mulch, they puke it up that night, all over the kitchen.

I like those giant flying guys, forgot what they were called, the ones larger than Pterodactyls.
When I was young I always thought they would win any fight because they carry rocks into the air and drop them onto their enemies (T-Rex's). These T-Rex's would not know a rock is falling because their eyes are not situated to look upwards. Imagine what a hundred of them could do.

As for those wonderful predators, Allosaurs and Ceratosaurs were my favorites. I had an odd affinity for the Albertasaurus as well, but I remain unconvinced it wasn't just a Canadian T-Rex.

I reckon if people could clone dinosaurs, dictators would buy them up and use them to keep the populace in line. Revolution? Right, release the T-Rexes! You wouldn't get a UN resolution to go and shoot up a load of previously extinct animals would you?

I have this big poster of waterfall city (or if you turn it over, a map of Dinotopia) stuck up on the wall of my dorm room.
Deinonychus is my favorite On a side note all the dinosaurs in "Jurassic" park are from the Cretaceous period, except the apatosaurus.

I love dinosaurs, always have. Now my son is loving them too. Kid doesn't know how lucky he is, growing up with things like Jurassic Park or Dino Dan or anything like that. I had to get my fix in books and half the time they were the wrong ones with brontosaurus in the swamp or a tail dragging Rex but I read them ANYWAY DAMNIT because they were about dinosaurs and they were all I had.
Damn kids.

I believe this book was about mutated utahraptors that had somehow survived the mass extinction 65 million years ago and were living in an abandoned mine. . . . . fantastic.
