I was hoping on making the Marines into BA assault marines, but I thought the models were normal build a marines, not Black Reach style ones. Lame...MORE CONVERSION FOR THE CONVERSION GOD!

Just got my set, I was hoping for modern style tactical marines I could use for parts. These are the same generic goon marines that came with the 2nd edition basic game! Not a bad deal I guess for the three bucks I paid and if you are looking to start a marine force this could be a good deal for you.

I don't know what people were expecting from a set that was out around the year 2000 with miniatures from 1994 (at least that's what was stamped on the spru) and were only being charged a pittance for...

The marines are great rank and file and the same can be said for the 'stealers. The missile launcher made me take a walk down memory lane...
