I'm guessing the client wanted one painted "the same way as GW's" and Jah took the instruction literally - the differences are subtle but clear when you're looking for them, but at a glance they look essentially the same.

I agree with jar, if you look at the white in both pics you would that the commisioned vulkan is alot darker, but still, beautiful paint job!
