so far they all suck. one is to bossy.the other is a baby. another hates humans and also is a trouble maker. her twin is to obsessed with an old man. and the other is annoyingly evil. im all for evil,but she is just annoying for some reason.

I'm sadly not suprised at the lack of Witch Hunter Robin love. IMO its a brilliant, brooding anime whoose story just gets better and better as it progresses. However it seems to get very little recognition.
I'd recommend it if you enjoyed Ghost in the Shell.
It also has a beast of an opening theme.

The quality of voice acting is really poor on the whole.
Intonation and pitch follow the same pattern regardless of what is being said by whichever character.
Even the dynamics tend to equal out so that normal conversation seems over excited.
Just a personal preference for the Japanese voice actors and the exotic mannerisms that get missed on subbed.
eg love the way that if cake is mentioned someone will say, "Cay-kee?"

It's not easy for me to read along with the captions, I have to take my time reading, unless the captions are in cyrillic, and I don't speak japanese, so I'm gak out of luck, so I'm sticking to english dub if I can.

Most of the dubs I've watched have been of dubious quality, but I'll generally go with those over subs because they're easier. Occasionally you can find some really good dubs though.
