Well, I find it pretty fast for a whole army, IMHO...

And it's "a bit" better looking than most tabletop standard too...

[by "a bit", I mean "waaaaay", of course uh...]

midtone: drybrushed 3:1 sunburst yellow & maple syrup

highlight drybrushed pure sunburst yellow

I'm going on vacation but i still have about a week left but after that I won't update for another 2 weeks

I couldn't make up my mind how i wanted to paint my skinks and found some colors online. which one do you guys think i should use?

i currently have no favs so it's too hard to decide.

You have to make them appear to be slaves, and not just some allied skinks. So mabey more muted skin tones because they are captive, and chains and stuff.

I plan to cut some of their tails off and I'm giving their shields to the storm vermin I'll also be painting some bruises and cuts

great army so far, love the slave skink idea. I would go with the purple color, or a yellow. I don't like free and blue skinks much, i feel like they should be more like bright tropical poison frogs personally.

Good point, and I already got lots of blue in my army so I'm going with number 3

so i've assembled 10 skinks and the master moulder is almost done and im gonna put these guys to battle on wednesday. So who thinks i should do a battle report?
