The first list will probablt be the better one in my opinion. The teleporting nemesis dreadknight will add a hell lot of mobllity and I think you should drop the 3rd for some incinerators and psycannons on your first 2. I think it will be a very fun list to play, but obviously the lack of anti-tank and infantry will be your obstacles.

If dreds are showing their rear to HBs then the Gk player is doing it wrong.
