Did they really need to name their "War Pastor" Castor?

Eh, whatever, I guess they're just trying to channel the unforgettable & legendarily-popular Space Marine Chaplain Kaplann (only veterans of 0th edition will remember this guy), or possibly the little known Primarch Wrylark (figurehead of the excommunicated Sarcastors Chapter).

Really, though, the guys at this company seem clueless and flailing. The gear banner is possibly the stupidest miniature-related thing I have seen this year (and the Storm of Chaos skullchitecture came out this year).

Love the model overall, but his gun's not *quite* big enough...

Oh... and looking at that armor, I really hope that the Baron Von Marburg suffered a horrible accident that severed him at the waist, because *ouch* it would hurt to get your legs into that suit of armor!

Hm, all this line bring me mixed feelings, fallowed by "yeah, i could use one of them as HQ", fallowed bay "wtf is the price? Are you talking serious?".

The guy with the cannon look great, they apear to be reducing the "more detail now" syndrome. I would reduce the barrel anyway...

Now that is a man that is compensating for something, especially since has no legs, since there is no possible way to fit legs into that suit. Why is there a demon caged in his back?

Oh dear.

There's some lovely detail in some of these, if you take it in isolation.

As a whole, though, they're overly busy and the even-wonkier than GW's proportions do nothing for me.

I think they look cool I might get a squad of the admech "terminators" lol

I recieved mine yesterday
A little disappointing, they stand a little shorter than a terminator, the tall base evens it out.

THE GOOD:
the standard /standard bearer is really cool, looks great compared to pictures, yeah its over the top, yeah i love it
the halbard is nicer than it looks, i'm going to snip the "blade" from the top which looks like sprue and it turns into a pretty mean looking axe with a gun built in.
All the "crisp" details are superb, the shoulders are nice and clean, the legs are nice and clean, no bubbles, no problems,
the claw arm is pretty awesome too.

THE BAD:
the robes are aweful, i'm going to green stuff over them, seriously they are bad, some edges are sharp, most of the detail in them are crap, but the tubes and such are great.
the bolters or guns or whatever are worse than they look, its quite literally square with details raised up over it, very poor.
"soft" details like the robes are bad, it appears these guys are printed with some really nice 3d modeling, and then greenstuffed together to make the models, and the greenstuffing artist needs serious work. Luckily this is only the robes and some other small misc parts that are easily covered.

In all I'm happy with the purchase, everything is fixable with some bitz, however they are really pricey

Those first models are entirely too busy, and their poses aren't very exciting. Not a fan.

With good reasons that terminator's head is a GW skeleton head.
And that's not the only recast part I've seen in their work.

What other recast bits have they used? I'm actually kind of interested.

I have a few of them
A majority of the parts seem to be at least partly printed with rudamentary skill, some hard to tell misc parts (I know the front end of the foot are a slightly modified bridge from an old hard drive) and its all mushed together with some greenstuff, and then cast.

I must admit that by-and-large I like these figures. They are very fiddly when it comes to the amount of detail, but that only presents a problem if you allow it as I suspect some rather basic painting techniques would render a good looking model. I don't think the price is reasonable for the pseudo-terminators (if what was quoted earlier is correct) and I'm not commenting on the IP issues... just the aesthetics of the models.

They also don't have a way to select the United States as a shipping place. That could put a dent in their business. I was interested in their super dreadnought, but unable to order it.
Are they lumping the U.S. with the Virgin Islands all as one destination?

Well they are the Gear Cult, but skulls on gears?
Would be cool if the gears worked and the skulls on the banner went round and round, all day long!
