You can actually make the BA even more expensive by adding in the DC Dreads. As well, can't you give the termies and Dev's transports as well? Don't have the BA codex with me.
And you can only take 1 LR as dedicated transport for the SW.

That's 8903 points. Quite a few. Of course, with that much math, their is bound to be some error. If i've done something wrong, or if you can come up with a more expensive list, go ahead and tell me. But for the time being, i'd love to see the most expensive lists for other armies. I'm sure gaurd's will be massive, and a free internet cookie will be given to anyone who is willing to do all that math.

Might want to add grotsnik and give all 250ish guys a +5 invuln for 5pts a piece. That will put you over 10k.

Actually it would only make a hundred or so points since he'd have to drop a Nob squad to do it. Besides which all of the Nobz and Flash Gits already have Cybork.

No, what he forgot to do was to give dedicated transports to all the boyz. A bling Battlewagon for the all the Nobz would also cost more than the points spent on their Warbikes.

I think the last time this came about it was:

BA first
Guard second

Maybe puppies third? I know that wg get insanely expensive on bikes with 2xth each. Especially when you can take 6 units of them.

Rule 1 - to be a proper 40K player you must cry whenever a new edition of the game is released, and always call opposing armies broken when you don't win.

Rule 2 - Games Workshop are always wrong and have been heading for bankrupcy within 5 years since the early 90s.

Not if you take the character which removes the limit.

I have a question for the BA vs IG.... which list would win?

I would put my money on the IG my list is in know way balanced and the BA may win in Annhilation. But with the amount of fast troops in there it would be very quick to get into assault and then the Death Company would Vaporize everything. But honestly I have no clue

Nothings bad that you can use them its just that you can use infinite amounts. I mean in the codex it should have limits not just unlimited amounts can be used.

I'm a bit surprised and mildly disappointed that the GK max out so low, even with paladin spam. Oh well.

I might try to max out a sisters list when I get home. I doubt it'll get very high at all. Maybe they'll win for lowest points value on maxed out FOC.

You see, to Auston, everyone is a Death Star; there's only one way you can take it and that's through a small gap at the back.

Necrons (current dex) can't quite compete, but they DO get pricy:

HQ - Nightbringer: 360
HQ:- Lord with destroyer body, phase shifter, orb and warscythe - 210

:570

Troops:

20 Warriors with fields : 400

Elites

Pariahs x 10 : 360
Immortals x 10: 280
Immortals x 10: 280

920

Fast Attack:

Destroyers x 5 - 250

Total: 570 + 2400+ 920 + 750 + 705 = 5345 or so? My calculator is broken, and my brain is caffiene-depleted. There may be a few more fields you could slap on here and there.

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so

C'mon people lets see what people like Grey Knights and Necrons and the like have to offer us.

What's badly written about summoned lesser daemons? Apart from you can use blood crushers for a massive foot print

Nothings bad that you can use them its just that you can use infinite amounts. I mean in the codex it should have limits not just unlimited amounts can be used.

Ok *shruggs* thats like having a relentless rats deck with only 4 relentless rats

Who's up for infinite chaos spawn with 6 aspirings sorcerers with gift, a chaos sorcerer with mot and gift and ahriman for even more spawn (if arguing the sorcerers can double tap gift 17 times a turn)

Either your math is wrong or Army Builders is. I used virtually the same list but replaced Scorpions with 5 WG and a Lock in a WS which is more expensive and came out 99pts lower. You might see where an error is that I have though.
Either way Eldar cross 5k and then some.

Total Roster Cost: 8118

You're not supposed to post individual points of upgrades.

On another note, I may have added something wrong, but I did notice that you didn't spirit seer your jetlock council warlocks. That right there cost you 120 points. I'll go back through and see if I miscalculated though.

Yup, just checked out both of our list's math. Both are spot on, you just forgot the spirit seer on those jetlocks like I mentioned. Everything else for us both checks out.
