If the former, I'd probably go with the baneblade, and build a hellhammer.
If the latter, I'd go with Ork Bikers, and build up Nob bikers, wazzdakka, and a full Evil Suns waaagh.

This one kit has given me the least issues with any GW model.
As easy to light up as the Monolith, whilst requiring fewer hands to assemble.
