With her face that is certainly true, she's actually rather attractive with minimal makeup. The changes to the rest of her body though make her look like an big breasted anime character brought to life.

Seriously though. There's something so wrong with these people that all you can really do is criticize them on things like that to see how far they'll go in mutilating themselves. Saddest thing about it is that I'm sure she was actually quite attractive before the plastic surgery disaster.

Without the disproportionately large breasts, this would be a beautiful girl. (never personally been a fan of a massive chest)
However, that face is definitely residing quite firmly within the deepest recesses of the Uncanny Valley. The absolute tragedy is that she was kinda cute prior to the facial reshaping. Now she just looks like a Real Doll.
