The Dasyu Sniper doesn't get to stores until next week sometime.

Which explains why my Warstore order hasn't shipped yet!

I went ahead and ordered him and a bunch of other 'out of stock' ALEPH stuff in order to 'force' Neal to re-stock them and then ship them to me!

I'm wonder how much of the Spanish economy troubles are effecting them. I've been waiting for them LGS to get in figures from two months ago!

That'll be your LGS or whoever their distributor is. When I order through the UK distributor at least 95% of the order is in stock.

That's what I was thinking. If I didn't have credit I would have gotten them online a while ago.

My buddy had the similar issue.

Ordered a PanO starter box from the FLGS as he wanted to support them. 4 Weeks passed and they still didn't know when it would actually arrive. Canceled his ordered, ordered it from Neal at the Warstore and had it a week later!

I'm all for supporting FLGS, but only if they're competent...

I know, and now that I think about it, they usually extend their sales at least once or twice. Too late anyway. Just ordered the box of 4 Yaogat and a Yaogat sniper (I've wanted them for a year now).

What was the Maelstrom sale this time round? I missed it unfortunately (and I'm guessing some of you guys bought all of it in any case, as they don't seem to have anything in stock! )

17% off RRP for their site re-build or some such. Might have been nice, but a) I have too much to work on already and b) I'm kinda less than impressed with them after some of the recent escapades my mates and I have had.

Something I ordered before April got held up for more than a month because they apparently weren't ordering anything in during their stock clearance sale, and one of my mates had a bit of a fiasco trying to get his money back off them after he tried to cancel an order for the rulebooks (which the stock check had falsely said were in stock) and got it back as credit.

I suspect a lot of my business is probably mostly going to be going ShaeKonnit's way in future, given he does similar prices (if without the regular sales) but considerably better customer service.

What I know for sure is that the Ariadna Dozer will come out this month, since I could spot it in a wargaming convention here in Spain:



Besides, Bostria, from CB staff said in the forum that Aleph players and some of the PanO players will be pleased. That means Deva+Devabot box is coming (since you can use it in the NeoTerra sectorial)

He said that the new releases will be out on Monday almost certainly, even though they will try to do it on Friday

Since it is now 6pm at night in Spain, I'm guessing we're waiting until Friday then?

I really love the Devas... devabots are fine too, even though I don't like most of Aleph's bots.

The Daktari will NOT replace the one with the lollypop and the tail. This one is exclusive for the Nomads Support Pack but, for a limited time, we will be able to buy it separately, in case we want to get that new model without buying the whole pack. Nice decission from CB!

Maligno hacker is cool too, even though the pose makes him look a bit baked: "duuuuude! look at my hand! where are my other two fingers?"

I doubt the Catgirl Abomination will be removed from the catalogue. It's not a poor sculpt, everyone has an opinion on it, and it's often cited as one of the best-selling figures.
Unsure how accurate that is nowadays, but it's dynamically different enough that people should have an option to get it.

It's quite not the same as the Ghulam trio that replaced the old and identical trio. The Odalisque with Boarding Shotgun replaced the identical-looking one. There are other instances.

The Daktari is AVA:1 though. I hope they keep the old model. I hate the abomination and my Aleph will emotionlessly enjoy slaying that cat every time I play those sexual deviant Nomads.

Gah, and I just bought myself the Catgirl Daktari!
Oh well, I guess that means I'll just buy the support pack anyway!

LOL, pretty much all hackers have weird poses, so that's just something we need to live with. I don't think that particular pose looks too weird when you know that he's fiddling with a hologram or whatever, but I suppose it looks weird if you're not into this game. Pretty cool model, don't like the colours (not important really).

The winners are the Deva Functionaries. Really cool looking models, all of them. Pan-O bots look both cute and cool, and the Dozer is quite stylish as well. The Nomad releases don't appeal to me that much. They look alright, except for the Clockmaker.

As I said, the new Daktari will not replace the old one (and that's why it says "Daktari 2")

CB knows that many people love the old model and that's why they will not stop selling it (as you said, it's one of the top sellers) but for those who hated the miniature, they created this new model.

And I think that's great, because they're trying to keep everyone happy, even though it's really difficult

I know all the hologram thing, but that's the first thing that came to my mind when i saw the model. It happened also with the Crocmen hacker (or crocwoman hacker, whatever). This is what I saw the first time I saw her, and then I saw someone else had had the same idea and make my idea come true

That new Daktaris, released in both Nomad box and separatly in blister... damn! CB really cares about their community. That is LOVE.

The ALEPH box takes the cake this month, it's so obvious that no discussion is required.

I think that the Raicho will come in June. Everybody is expeting the Raicho.

Also, I read somewhere... some guy from the spanish forum said that Bostria wrote about June as the month that will have really NEW stuff from the new book. So, next update has to be spectacular!!
