Not even that.

Until now I thought the people that just look away are the problem, but to see people joking about it or just dont care although they know about the suffering of another living and feeling being, is really sad.

No wonder there is so much evil in he world.

I care about humans a lot more than I care about chickens.

What are you doing to save the chickens? I'd be willing to wager I'm doing a lot more to reduce human suffering.

First of all the argument that there are other problems is rather stupid.

And in fact you would help humans too, if you wouldnt eat any products from the intensive mass animal farming.

What I am doing? I dont buy products from intensive mass animal farming, never.

Your last sentences is more or less meaningless without explanation.

I twisted the head off my first chicken when I was 5. You won't find a great deal of sympathy from me on the subject of poultry farming; or any other food animal. They aren't pets. I grew up in agricultural communities and have worked in several different aspects of the industry. You can have your high minded ideas about how you think animals should be treated, I've actually washed the living blood of my dinner off of my hands. You'll find even less sympathy from me by coming inside a thread about food; a subject where it's pretty fething difficult to start an argument and deliberately stir the gak for no reason. You want to talk about "animal rights" make your own thread.

Eating stuff you raised and killed makes it even tastier. Had some tasty steaks a couple weekends ago when visiting my folks over Memorial Day weekend. They got a small piece of land and raise their own cows. Grass fed with lots of room to move about, although he didn't do his own slaughtering.

I think you can eat meat and raise it in a respectful way, and that is what I keep in mind when purchasing meat. I also do the same with vegetables and fruits. I try to purchase things locally because it makes it easier to verify that your meat was raised humanely and I am also supporting farmers in my community.

Now Chicken Wings, those would be hard to get locally just because a lot of chickens will have to die for a good order of those suckers.

Buffalo generally, unless I'm up for a hot challenge in which case I go with whatever hotsauces are available and work my way up. I think I got to Gators' Suicide sauce and proceeded to drink a pint of water per wing. I'm a bit of a wimp really.

We don't have mystical flying buffalo here, so no "buffalo wings".
I also wonder where Americans get these mystical beasts from as well, seeing as their beast is actually a bison (and rather tasty, even though it can not fly, either).

Our wings generally come from chickens - which are rather different from Buffalo in that it takes a lot more of them to produce the same amount of crap and buffalo don't have feathers (or wings).

I prefer a slightly spicy bbq sauce on these wings, I am not addicted to capsaicin (it is possible to be psychologically addicted to the endorphin rush produced by the effects of it.). I do not need the buzz of the heat or the following endorphin rush. It does nothing for me except make me want to throw up.

Beer is better, the thicker the better. I'm not a stout guy myself and being an American I drink a lot of Pilsners but if a batch of hotwings offends me I look for an English Ale or IPA to cut the spice. I don't like Buffalo Wild Wings because whatever they use in thier buffalo sauce is the sneaky even as low as medium it sneaks up and starts to burn like a really hot sauce. I've eaten thier Blazin' once and never again. Whatever pepper they use I do not like.

No, wasn't taking a piss. No computer or internet connection in bathroom.

Taking THE piss, though. Yea, verily.

Much difference in the usage/omission of a particular word. Changes the meaning of a sentence.

If I'm taking the piss out of you, I'm making fun of you, mocking you or generally just having a laugh at your expense.

If I'm taking A piss on you, you're going to be wet and stinky for a while.

Normally, I'll take buffalo sauce, but it honestly depends on my mood and what I'm eating.

My fridge currently has Frank's RedHot, Tabasco, Cholula, and Sweet Baby Ray's - Sweet & Spicy Barbeque Sauce lol

And if you're drinkin' well, you know that you're my friend and I say "I think I'll have myself a beer"

Buffalo Sauce is just hot sauce with margarine melted in. That said I'm not typically a fan of either. If I want my food hot, I'll have proper hot food.

Do people really use margarine?

It's that slight saltiness you get from the chicken tears that really makes the bird taste just right.

So back on hot sauces and wings, I really don't get the point of the stuff in the really high Scovil unit range. It's fun once in a while to feel your tongue go numb, etc. But there's very little *flavor* at those levels. At Buffalo Wild Wings, I think Hot is about the right level for me...I feel a little heat, but there's still plenty of flavor.

We eat plenty of Korean food in our house, and that's one of the things I like about it...done right, the heat accents but doesn't overwhelm the flavor. It sits pleasantly at the back of your throat and doesn't burn you on the way down the way some Thai food, etc. can.
