Fateweaver is one of the most badass looking Tzeentch models and Chaos models currently available.

The elite of the imperial guard, who drop from the sky with fething hot shot lasguns! nothing cooler!

That and the figures are just so awesome!

I love the looks of the FW Raven Guard upgrade pack. It's like the Corvus pattern armour on steroids.
Apart from that, the DE Scourges look pretty awesome too.

A large Seer Council on foot. Slow, deadly and cool looking.

Sternguard veterans seem to have a type of ammo or combi weapon for everything! you've got a bunch of angry marines with spikes running at you, there's an ammo for that! You have a 35 foot tall cockroach with claws and bug guns eyeing you up for his next meal, there's an ammo for that! If you've got a group of space elves in an old building taking potshots at your squad, there's an ammo for that! If you have a bunch of fish in armor taunting you with their 30" range, there's an ammo for that!

No one else thinks Mandrakes are cool?

Soemthing that isn't a guard vehicle? Well, since you asked nicely...
DE Scourges, Sternguard, Grey Knight Terminators, Wraithlords, Baneblade (bugger to build, beautiful when done).
The Chaos Lord in Terminator armour is also great as a model.
Possessed can look cool, as well as DE Kabalite warriors. Wyches are pretty cool too.
Whoops, forgot Kasrkin. Awesome models there.

Valkyrie Sky Talon

Elysian Drop Troops or The MRP, ML Valkyrie.

Something about Guardsmen flying from the sky and completing Long-range Reconnaissance and Guerrilla Strikes tickles the American Tech-war buff in me.

Also the Valkyrie is just an incredible looking, and if you think about it, incredibly dangerous strike platform.

I love the TH/SS termie models, and the Master of the Ravenwing model. Also, if we're counting FW, I quite like their Thunderhawk.
