Just a quick note, Jy2 - Your deployment states the flyrant will "start off in swooping mode" but sadly that is against the rules. Flying monstrous creatures that are deployed count as 'gliding' until their first movement phase. It's a minor setback, but i think necessary for game balance since other flyers have to start in reserve no question.

That's a new one. Not saying you are wrong, but do you have a page reference?

Hey J2 watched your vid batrep purifier spam v balanced marines, like that this is superbly laid out.

Wow nids are dangerous now. Those high toughness big bugs in particular look like they are going to be difficult to stop before crashing into gunlines.

Well played and thanks for posting.

They still share the same weaknesses that they had last edition and have some of the same bad matchups. However, many bug players agree that overall, nids came out positive this edition (positive as in they improved overall). If you don't have enough special weapons (i.e. meltas, missiles, lascannons, force weapons, etc.) or poisoned weapons (i.e. Dark Eldar, other tyranids), then you are going to have a tough time against the bugs.

Don't have my book currently, but it's under Deployment in the Flying Monstrous Creatures section.
