So often you see projects like this die in the ass due to the amount of conversion work needed to basically create a brand new army.
It's great to see one not only finish, but at auch a high level of execution.

Nice army, is it based on a particular codex or a straight up fantasy to 40k conversion?

I think I came across some of this a while ago and thought it was awesome then. Now it's all done and put together in a single space, it's just immense to look through. The conversions just blow my mind
Well done

I am currently trying to pick my jaw off the table, this is a stunning piece of work. One little detailt I liked was the execution of the rust where the paint has flaked away, very effective, and consistently executed.

This has to be the best complete army I have ever seen. What do people say when they see something like this across the table? I don't think I could keep a battle plan in my head... I'd just be staring at these models and stunned by the epic awesomeness. You have a true gift here, what a blessing this is to the 40k community.

This is the coolest army I have ever seen.
What's funny is I am less impressed with the troop models and more impressed with the vehicles. From man to man you can have deviation that is relatively easy to hide, but eight converted drop pods (nine counting the dread pod) with complete uniformity is awe inspiring. This is excellent work.

I've been playing 40K for 23 years now and this is one of the most unique and well executed armies I've ever seen. The amount of conversion put into each and every single model is awe inspiring. A fantastic army that absolutely oozes with character.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby. |

Full fluff,
Conversions where "name that bit" could be played for hours,
Strong army it is based on,
An "independent" army so you can go any way you want,
The strongest, most heavily converted and best looking (never seen all three at once).
Will go to the conversion blog, I am getting goosebumps just thinking how long that took.
Thats it, I will make a full "Mars Attacks" army, just you wait...
