Id buy an outdoor shed (round 1,000 sq ft) with AC/insulation with a set of tables, WiFi, 60" HD LCD TV, Ps 3, hookup for the computer, get some artists to paint it up like a Space Marine chapel, shelving units along the sides with clear plexiglass to showcase models, and blow the rest on one of the armies I don't currently have.

Pay off bank loans and credit cards and student loans... oops don't have enough to do that....
if I had to just spend it on Gaming stuff, the idea of my own gaming (man cave) room/Garage. fully pimped out with a bar, 8x4pool table that doubles as a gaming table, several couches and TVs etc...really like the Clear plexiglass to showcase models and artists to paint it up ideas...

purely forgeworld and hire someone to paint it.

I'd buy a wysiwyg army of every possible option in the codex. Don't know what codex I'd go for though, maybe CSM. Or might even branch out into WHFB.

I would buy what I still need to fill out my nid army...

Then I would buy three thunder hawks, two more warhounds, two reaver titans, a great unclean one, a forgeworld blodthirster...and then uhh...I would be just about done.

You could invest it and buy models regularly with the interest, that is probably what I would do with $25,000 if it had to be towards models. I would fill in all of my armies and start fantasy to start.

would never spend that much. but if for some reason i had to, 20k of it would most likely be going towards the best assembly/paint money can buy.

25k of unfinished plastic and huge chunks of resin has very little value to me.

And to be on that boat. i would and did get an army done as such, sheer cost is no where near $25k though.... you could get 2 done at great quality for that... and terrain and other random stuff....

I'd spend 15k on a place to play/live in, 5k on dice, and 5k on 12 stompas, 5 killa kan boxes, 6 AoBR sets, at least 20 boxes of lootas, and 12 boxes of bikers. with the rest going on dice....

What would I buy with $25k if I had to spend it on Warhammer stuff? Hmm. Well, first I'd shell out for terrain to make a few gaming tables at home. Then I'd buy a figure case (maybe Feldherr) or several to carry my stuff in when playing at the FLGS or tournaments.

Then, I'd:
- Round out my marines. Not all that much left to buy from GW's lineup currently, though, I already have somewhere around 10k points. Maybe buy dedicated vehicles for Codex Marines to separate them entirely from my BT. Also maybe some Apoc stuff. Definitely get some FW things, though.
- Round out my Orks and Chaos Marines. More left to buy for these guys, I have a bit over 2k of each.
- Build my small IG allied group into a playable army of at least 2000pt, possibly larger considering all the FW goodness model-wise.
- Build a Sisters of Battle army.
- Possibly start a WHFB army or two - Dwarves and Warriors of Chaos.

Not sure how much I would've spent at that point. Certainly not even close to all of it. I'd look and see what's what to see where to go from there.

I think the best way to go about this would be to either focus on making the ENTIRETY of the Cadian Army, a hive fleet, or a deep space tomb world. If you go on a one to one basis SM chapters would be remarkably small.

I'd go with a Hive Fleet. Because it'd be hilarious and unending. Can you imagine $25k of gaunts? Painting them...that idea is enough to make me vomit lol.
