School administrators are often ftards to the nth degree. My oldest son, when he was 11 years old made an animated powerpoint slide with a clip art cowboy shooting bullets at a picture of president Bush.

He did not post it on the internet.

He did not show it to a classmate.

His teacher found it, called the police who then called the fething secret service.

Ultimately it cost me like $2k in lawyer fees but I did have the satisfaction of of telling the secret service thugs to kiss my ass they werent coming into my house without a warrant. LOL you would not believe how steamed those bullies got about that.

There is a lot more to this story but I am sure you get the idea. Oh yeah, the same son when he was about 6 chewed his piece of toast into a gun shape one time when I told him I wasnt keen on buying him a toy pistol. The news article with the poptart chewed into a gun shape reminded me of that lol.

Well, wouldn't you feel uncomfortable if someone told you that your name was offensive? Fortunately, there is a sign for hunter that does not involve a "weapon," but it is still kind a dickish to tell someone how to say / write / sign their name.

It can be very traumatic if you have an offensive name, I thought my first name was Gawddammit and my last name was Walter until I went to kindergarden.
