yeah,
Great report.

On the first two turns the flesh tears took a hell of a beating!
Then you were clawing it back.

When the havocs started running I thought 'no way will they make it on foot!'
You almost got them too!

Panic...

@Thokt pointed me at your batreps - I'm very glad he did. These are awesome and I think the missions are fantastic.

Sure did take a beating those first two turns. I agree with you about those Havoks. I thought "oh, there's no way they'll make it off the table" and foolishly ignored them for a turn. I should have had the Typhoon all over them from the moment they started to move! They did make some really good run rolls, though.

Surfing bikers and a vagina boob faced defiler, you had me at hello. So nice to see two armies so creatively converted and well painted. Almost had me biting my fingernails at the end, great report

Thanks everyone!

To answer the question - when is part 4? Hopefully at the end of this month, but, the Warlord of the Venus Plague recently spawned an offspring and is pretty busy. I'll do my best!

Great report.

That is by far the best defiler I have seen. I was sad when it got sent packing so early. Whats the story on how it was made?

Thanks again.

Didn't get sent packing quickly enough! Killed my warlord! Boooo!

As far as I know, he creates the basic shape of his stuff with aluminum foil and hot glue, and then does details with green stuff, sculpey, etc. All of it is actually even better in person.

Thanks for the kind words!

Man, the chapter master failed both a 2+ look out sir and a 4++? Ouch.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the CSM player win earlier?

A squad of CSM made it off the table, and then a rhino full of plague marines did as well. The rhino and the plague marines being two different units would mean that he hit 3 before the havocs left the table, no?

Great report, and a close game! Ditto to what everyone else has been saying, great paint jobs - and the fact that you've got fully painted armies facing off makes all the difference, looks great!

Yes, failed the 4++ and the 2+ LoS. I sure was hoping they were going to do away with ID in 6th. Alas.

As far as the Rhino and Plague Marines, that isn't how we were playing it.

Thanks! All painted makes the game, I think!
