I've always been surprised at no Erebus/ Kor Phaeron.

The Silent King would make a great character.

I'd like to see a special Wraithlord or Spirit Seer character.

Iyanna Arienal, Angel of Iyanden. It would also mean GW would have to release a female farseer. It's silly, considering all series in Down of War franchise had a gorgeous female farseer as their leader.

I would vote for Uriel Ventris and Sgt. Pasanius of the Ultramarines,
Commissar Ciaphas Cain/Jurgen/Amberly Veil are clearly hillarious.
Capt. Gabriel Angelos from the Blood Ravens would be nice as well.
Honsou of the Iron Warriors would deserve it as well.

From Black Library I'd like to see uriel ventris, gabriel angelos, ibrham gaunt, eisenhorn, and of course, honsou.

From more classic GW fluff the doomrider, erebus, the flayed lord (crazed necron overlord), and sevatar.

Colonel Tyborc for the DKoK siege regiment, seriously, 3 books, no SC Forgeworld? Not cool.

He's there in the latest Apoc book, but only as a special apoc thing, I think it sucks, especially considering that FW gave plenty of SC to the Chaos side and one for Grey Knights.

As improbable as it would be, I'd like to see Guardsman Hawke from Storm of Iron get some rules.

Other than him, probably Honsou.

There's every chance in the universe we'll get these in HH.

Loken has rules; and a model.

A few of those mentioned have models (Gaunt and some Ghosts like Corbec, Larkin, Milo and Dorden; Eisenhorn (although he was Inquisitor scale) Erebus/Kor Phaeron (they've only just been released) Col. Schaeffer, Cypher, Captain Cortez)

Most of them had rules too, but unfortunately no longer valid

I agree with calls for a Cain/Jurgen and Amberly Vail tag team of awesome!

Cypher desperately needs rules imo, and I would also say Cain and Gaunt need rules. While we're at it we may as well show some more love to the ultramarines and give them Uriel Ventris, granted he would be the least mary sue Ultramarine character in the codex.

EDIT: While we're at it give Mechanicus and Black Templars codices.

High Marshal Ludoldus, he has to be badass for the simple fact he commanded the BT for over 2000 years
