Ok, no, seriously. I'm the maintenance manager/overseer of the company vehicles for a mobile dental outfit that services the national guard and welfare/Medicaid communities in the New York area.

But really...I'm Batman.

The first rule about being Batman, is that you don't talk about being Batman.

Sorry about the folks by the way, that can be tough on a kid but it explains the interest in dentistry.......being Batman!

I have a couple of jobs.

I’m the executive chef at an exclusive restaurant. I am also the head groundskeeper, and manage the facilities. But most importantly, I own and operate a premier child care facility.

In other words: I’m a stay-at-home Dad.

My job is very similar in nature to Batman... We both hide out until dire emergencies threaten to overwhelm the good populace. I swoop in out of no where, solve the problem, and disappear before anyone can properly thank me.

Im actually in the army, and I fix electronics and computers... but it usually works like above. Somethin breaks, people start running around like chickens with their heads off, I appear with my ninja skills, save the day and pop smoke, back to my hole.

Hello everyone. I'm bored, but I'm also really excited because I recently got a job on campus (I'm a junior in college) working with a professor in the physics department. We're designing a new detector for the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider at the Brookhaven lab in NY. It's a huge collaboration whose purpose is to study the properties of the quark gluon plasma, a recently discovered form of matter. So what do you all do to pay the bills?

My boy is getting a minor in physics. He was taking chemical engineering but got bored because there wasn't enough math.

My job? Reminding others that the wheel is just a fad.

I'm a laminator for a carbon fibre manufacturer. Mostly I make automotive/motorsport parts (Aston Martin, Caterham F1, Toyota LMP etc) plus occasional aerospace, communication system, military and space (not that anything I've made is up there, I've only made stuff for testing) parts to keep things interesting.

After nearly 2 1/2 years carbon fibre has definitely lost it's appeal though. It's now just a reminder of having to go to work on a daily basis. Being able to say that I've made parts for several very high end cars (the Aston One-77 and Zagato) and racing cars is quite cool though.

I am a product development technician and product specialist (depending on the business card) for the main company I work at. Basically I work in the lab a few days a month, and answer phones all the other times.

I am also the National Product Manager for a new division of the same company. Basically that is just sales. It is slow going though, my marketing guy is slow at getting jobs down so its hard to get the word out.
