The great cross bow they made is actually really nice. It looks like a nice cheap alternative to the expensive bolt thrower kits a lot of the armies use.

They look quite decent, actually. Anyone got any pics of them next to our standard heroic scale figures?

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.

Aha! I see you've used the special edition figure of Frodo wearing the ring.

No, I just posted off an old tab of the thread without reloading it first.

These are pretty damn fantastic, worth a look.

The longbowmen look a fair bit better than the knights, the knights look a bit clunky. The giant crossbows look good too.

Maybe provide some size reference for the giant crossbows, like have a picture of one of your miniatures next to a giant crossbow? It's hard to determine the size from the website.

Now that's not bad. One could make a good Spear Chukka or Repeater Bolt Thrower out of that with a bit of conversion.

Thanks.
