What figure did you use for the Rogue Trader, he's just about perfect.

I am in awe. This is some next level GM-ing. Not only am I absolutely blown away with the ship, the Writ prop is absolutely fantastic!

Thanks again everyone, glad I could inspire!

Our next game is already almost upon us, and I haven't even posted pics from the last one yet.
Wait, what's this doing here?

Our heroes, aboard the Epsion Octarius (Mechanicus Freighter), narrowly escape being rammed by the Red Corsair, a deadly pirate Raider.

Both ships were borrowed from my Starcrashers collection, but the Raider has gotten a major overhaul, especially the front end. More shots:

Finally reaching their destination, the ancient light cruiser Canterbury, they manage to dock...

... and venture inside. Nobody home- except some auto-defense programmed servitors!

Fortunately, the Explorator managed to shut them down and get the ship working (after getting lost in endless corridors of the Tenebro-Maze).

Oh yeah, new crew models for our FEMALE Seneschal, my completed Arch-Militant conversion, and a better Navigator model (the prior Navigator met an unfortunate end).

Next game promises some serious space battle action (now that I've streamlined the rules to my personal liking). Especially if I can get the Canterbury Bridge Set finished in time...

Thanks, glad to have more followers! Makes it all worthwhile...

Got the Bridge set painted:

The two round consoles on the lower deck have Tea Lights under 'em so they light up- one flickers, the other color cycles.

And in answer to the RT model question, Dark Soldier is correct- a Phinneus Shae figure from Warmachine. The Cygnar and Mercenaries have some great casters / solos that fit right in, so expect to see more at some point. Up next, another Frigate, a dangerously large Xenos ship in the works, and hopefully some painted armsmen so we can have proper boarding actions!

Travel safely, void brethren...

Sweet. The bridge looks amazing.

Also I'm loving the Red Corsair vessel, some great use of bits.

That bridge, those models, and I grudgingly admit the corsairs all look great!

(Ewh Corsairs. Purge the heretics. :p)

Thanks again folks!

Couple more ships in the works. Another Frigate (nearly done, paint pics coming soon!).

Gonna try a totally different color scheme for this one, much lighter. It just feels like an older, faster, lighter ship than the Huntress (the previous frigate).

And coming later, the first Xenos ship is in the works... turned out huge, so it's gonna be an Aurora class Eldar Cruiser. We'll see if I can fill out all that space with more shapes and details...

Now you’ve done it. If those filthy Xenos have a cruiser class ship, you need to make an imperial one to match it. You should probably one-up those pointy eared freaks and build a battlecruiser, just to ensure void superiority.

For the Emperor!

That is awesome you've got sleek Eldar lines down pat.

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. Hey,

Been wandering the Tenebro-Maze for a bit, but I'm back! No, I was not lost, it's just very dark and twisty down there in the mid decks...

Here's a couple shots of Footfall, the last (semi) civilized stop before the great expanse! Try not to get shivved while getting your supplies, folks.

And the Mechanicus crew have been laboring over a new project. Not to be outdone by the PC's ship, I started a Cruiser:

Takes a lot of detail to sell the scale. Gotta paint it, of course... Primed shots coming soon so you can see it all tie together.

Next up, finishing the Eldar Cruiser, and possibly some Eldar Ruins terrain!
