Hey, they're perfectly decent Saturday morning kid's TV movie fare!

And even taking them into account, Jar Jar Binks still makes the Ewoks look like Shaft.

I guess I see the fate of Han and Leia and all the rest in TFA as being inextricably linked to the OT in a way that the prequels weren't. The OT's ending has shifted from They all lived happily ever after to The New Republic will fall because it is stupid and the Solos are terrible parents stuck living in the past.



And the Ewok films are miles better than the prequel trilogy.

Good. I like Star Wars. I enjoyed TFA and thought R1 was great. It's a great IP with tonnes of potential. Who wouldn't want more? (Except for the closed minded stick-in-the mud types that complain about everything of course)

There are great possibilities to expand, hopefully away from Jedi stuff and more into the other aspects of the universe. Would be nice to see some heavy ship of the line vs. ship of the line combat...just saying.
