Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Above average pricing will prove a problem.

Its a new system in a new ground scale so players will need to start fresh. The inclusion of dropships, while a prime feature also mean you purchase extra units at extra cost. If the tanks cost x and a dropship carries four tanks how much will a dropship cost if x is above the odds for the size of miniature. A lot of the pricetag will go on units ancillary to the gameplay, and players may have their wallets scream at them too much for the buy in.

Hawk Wargames will need to consider its pricing carefully or this may be the game people wished they could afford. GW has the inertia to cope with a double dip, not that its going about it the right way, the new guy hasnt.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Post-Humans for me!

I can even make believe I'm playing Space Marine/Titan Legions with.. Space Marines!

Pricing will be important though... can't wait for more details on this, and the actual rules too!

Fantastic models so far. I get a bit of a "Dune" vibe from these; sort of "sophisticated" models, rather than bolting big gunz onto generic bad-ass vehicles. There's some real personality and consistency in the small details to define each race. Very impressive indeed.

Agreed and honestly, this has me hooked almost regardless of price, as I'm selling other things to use for it. We'll know soon! I'm betting you can play with few models to make it easier to start, too.

Maybe this is giving us a hint. As to what makes up an army.
Now I really can't wait to play this game and we got some good look at the buildings too.

Very well said! It does feel like the factions represent mature cultures.

They do look awsome all bunched together on a playing field sooooo looking forward to this, but may have to get rid of game first to fund my expenditure on this.

To my eyes, there's some very heavy anime influences here. I love it more and more.

At this point, even if I never buy a model (unlikely) I am totally committed to buying the rulebook. If nothing else, I HAVE to know the fluff behind these designs.

You are correct, sir. You can't see it in these stills, but in the OP vid you can see that some of the buildings have a more sci-fi feel to them rather than a "ruined Earth" feel.

Check out @2:17.

Depending on price and availibility I could see this being something fun to get into. Granted it would require a player base which isn't the easiest thing to create.

The buildings have actually been made especially for the game by Hawk Wargames.

I'm guessing that it's nearly fully pose-able due to the little (This example) line. Also, the joints seem like they could move... it'd be weird on such a small scale though.

Pretty sweet. I'm due to build some tau terrain, and I'm wondering if I can dual purpose it. A 28mm tau house might look good as an imposing 10 mm post human structure. Seriously considering what I could sell for cash/room in the figure cabinet, though I too will probably just get the rulebook to start. Some possibility for using some micromachine tanks as proxies in the short term - they are about 10mm.
