Like the Imperial Fists. The Christmas Tau seam a bit plain to me...besides the airbrushing.

Well, those Blood Ravens look a lot better than mine. I never could get the red or bone quite right. The assault squad in particular, looks excellent. If I might be so bold, what base colours did you use? I'd never be able to replicate your technique or precision, but I quite like those colours, and I've been feeling I ought to repaint my Ravens.

I looked on the website and it sounded like it could be knocked off easily. Is that true?

I always forget how flipping ridiculous this thread is (I think it's the slightly understated thread title) then I come in here every few months and my jaw is just on the floor at how you make everything you paint look amazing!

I spray a couple of layers of army painted matt varnish it sticks fine then :-)

After looking through this whole thread there really isn't a single thing I didn't like, your paint jobs are gorgeous!

The one in particular that caught my eye was the black and tan Eldar jet bikes - they're amazingly clean and the unique design on each really makes the army stand out. The weathering and detail on many of the other models is amazing, but for some reason the simple, clean, and well done look of those bikes just amazes me.

I'm sure we'd all love to see more!

amazing work, had to look through all the pages, didn't want to miss anything. Thanks for sharing.

Honestly, only the Riptide looks particularly good with that Tau scheme.

How is there more Iron Hands stuff!? They look as good as all the previous work.

Nice shade of blue on the Crimsn Fists, though the black psyber-eagle on red Coteaz looks unfinished

yea my photography skill have there limits but it looks better IRL :-)

Love everything you do Dave with one exception and I don't know why because they're all painted amazingly. I just don't get the Tau :( Everything else is stunning

To be fair I was looking at it with quite tired eyes last night, I can see the subtle grey highlights today.

Are the Iron Hands still for the same client? I'm trying to wrap my head around needing that much stuff and being able to pay you to do such a good job on it all.

Lol weird... when I saw you'd responded to the post I clicked the link and I had in my head about them being Marmite Tau... Lo and behold you call them Marmite.

Whilst the execution of the paint is top notch as always, I can't put my finger on it... I just don't get them. But the speed and quality of your work is outstanding

That army shot looks fantastic. Really interesting how you use the airbrush on the bases to help set off the figure on top of it.

Looks like ill be looking at buying an air brush now lol
