Firstly, I'm not a plant.

Anyway - some of you may already know what Heresy Miniatures are like, but I didn't, and I made my first order to Heresy the other day (Sunday I think, or Saturday). Anyway, they arrived today (UK to Oz in 3 business days), the models look great (ordered the entire Gangster line), fit with 40K miniatures without issue and - best of all - they sent candy! No joke. Two lollipops and some Fizzers. I have no friggin' clue why they did that, but they did it, and that's awesome!

So to Andy and Craig - thank you! You guys are running a great little operation there. I will be ordering from you again in the future.

Okay, minis that fit the rest of my collection and candy? I'm ordering some techs and revolvers there next time I've got money.

The awesome Hasslefree also hands out candy with their orders.

+1 to all the love for Heresy. I'm planning on using http://www.heresyminiatures.com/images/hsf020_metal_1.jpg as a counts as Harker as he's a great model and the price/service from Heresy was great.

I picked up the not-a-Predator model as well. I was amazed at the options - it has loads of different hands, for the blades extended, the blades retracted, the spear extended - all really cool. And it's huge! Like, Terminator sized, without the bulk of the armour.

I bought those trenchcoat gang members, too! Unfortunately, I didn't start the project and ended up trading them.

Heresy has been great for me in that, the original package was lost in the mail, and they sent me another for free! Because of this, however, I recommend upgrading from the most basic shipping, which he said sometimes has problems getting there (like it did for me)...

My only knock on them, is that I was one of the people with a deposit on the dragon, and I finally switched it (to the afore-mentioned trenchcoat models) after waiting over a year. I think it's been a year and a half since I put the deposit down now, and many people I think have been waiting two years. He really needs to finish it and not leave all of those customers hanging.

So with that said, he seems like a great guy and they make some cool stuff .

How big are the models compared to Warhammer 40,000?
I'm interested in picking up some daemons.

They're pretty much to scale. Not 100% certain if they're 28mm or 28mm heroic, but they look pretty much identical.

I'm glad there's some love for Heresy.

The gangers are brilliant as are the sci-fi troopers. The not Doctor Who minis are good as well.

I have their first Netherlord model. The Biggest Demon Prince you've ever seen!

Nice models, great originality. Some of their monsters make me wish I was a DM for a roleplaying game.

I also love their "take off" models of some great characters.

Heresy are 28mm heroic (same as GW) they used to have a bit on their site saying as much.

I have some top minis from Heresy: Netherlords 1&2, Azaroth, gar'sher, Jordahn, Sherbet Van Halfling, the dark lord and 3 of the snow trolls.

Love them all, keep meaning to order more. If we finally start up Advanced Heroquest again as I plan too no doubt I'll be back to Heresy for some wandering monsters.

I have a bunch of Heresy models, but I still haven't ordered the one I really want: the Netherlord Mark II. I'm planning to use it for Skarbrand for my Daemons of Chaos army.

The coolest thing about Heresy is that Andy is really accomdating. Like when I ordered my charging Big Boris, I wanted him to have a sword and an axe, but the model comes randomly supplied with one or the other. I just had to ask for both and Andy sent them at no extra charge. He's very cool that way.

I purchased several of the Predator miniatures a while back as well as the Dwarf Vader model. I am quite happy with their models, they're well sculpted and very detailed. The owner is also an extremely nice guy.

Heresy Miniatures and Hasslefree Miniatures both have great ranges for the odd project, such as civilians, or finding alternates for special characters. I placed several orders with both companies, great products, great people.
